Tidewater 309

Our stay at Tidewater is always great. The 3rd floor is perfect so no elevators are needed. Everything in the condo was exactly as described. We had an issue with the ice machine but communicated with the team and they went above and beyond to make it right. Thank you for a great week.

This is an amazing place. The third floor gives you a perfect view of the beach. This unit has been brought up to date with the raised toilets. The self close toilet seats. Full size washer and drier. The furniture is newer and comfortable.

This condo is wonderful in all categories! Clean, updated, stocked kitchen, a few complimentary cleaning & toiletry items, sand toys, great view! We were very pleased with this unit! Location is awesome too. Management company was very kind & helpful!

Our stay was wonderful! The unit is very well maintained and we love that the bedroom is off the back facing the beach! Love everything about this unit. Want to schedule there again. It is so close to our favorite restaurant, Dusty’s! The only think that could be improved upon would be the beach gate..but that is the responsibility of the Tidewater.. the clanking of the metal gate makes sitting on the balcony quite noisy! AGAIN! This is no reflection of the unit and it’s owner! Love this unit and our time there!!

resort is big, beaches are clean and very nice, pools are nice. Very secure, although a pain sometimes with wristbands to get in every door, it is very safe. Elevators are always an issue at any resort of size during peak travel times (lunch, dinner etc.) but if you plan right you can avoid those rushes. Very friendly staff. balconies were a little small, but still offered breath taking views of the ocean. Great place to stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Very clean, everyone had a smile on their face, it’s was a joyous family experience.

We loved the unit, its a very large complex so lots of people. The unit was clean and comfortable. The ocean view is amazing!! The elevators are a problem if you need to use them but since this unit was on the 3rd floor it wasn't an issue, we used the stairs. We planned to use the washer and dryer and did one load on the second load the dryer stopped working. We called the # provided and they were no help at all. So then we had the problem of an entire load of wet clothes to deal with. The security there was on top of things. All in all it was a very great unit to stay in. The units decor was spot on, not overdone or cluttered. A little more directions on how to reserve beach chairs would be good. Thanks for a great stay.

It was very nice could watch kids on beach from balcony. Staff was very friendly . Elevators we very slow but we got 3rd floor so we could us stairs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Check in was so easy. It was the third time for us to stay in this unit and it has been completely renovated with a new beach scene decor. Everything we needed was there and we would love to come back.

Our stay was one of the best we have had! The view was wonderful and warm waters were the best! WE loved the location and hope to stay again the not so distant future.

Me and my wife love PCB FL. We call this our second home. We recently purchased this condo as it was our dream to have a place on the beach. We put alot of work in this unit as of Sept 21. We took time to read each and everyones comments who have stayed prior and took the advice of many. We welcome all to come back and new families to enjoy our unit. Harry and his staff at four stars are great and will take care of you.

Beach chairs are a plus. 3rd floor is definitely a plus so you don’t have to use elevator as much. Shower curtain had mold on it so we went and bought something to clean that up. If people would close shower curtain after showering so it could dry out it would fix the problem. Kitchen was well stocked. Table and
chairs and two lounge chairs on deck were nice. If I was a owner in this complex I
would be on management daily about elevators being down. There was long wait
lines which was terrible. It’s totally unacceptable for a elevator to be down for
over a week or longer. It should be a priority for management to see that elevators
down time is keep to a minimum. All the people we had contact with was very
friendly and this complex has a lot going for it. Two swimming pools is another perk. All in all it wasn’t that bad of a condo.

Second time staying at the Tidewater with Four Star. And it was just as enjoyable as the first time. Great location, great view, and great amenities.

Not sure I understand these bad reviews. Tidewater 309 is one of the nicest places I have ever stayed and I travel a lot. I’m staying 12/26/20 – 01/25/21 it’s very nice. No serious complaint at all. I did vacuum and mop but heck, I do that at home right?

Condo itself was very nice. So any renters that get worried as they enter the building, don't fear, it gets better.

I want so bad to give this until a higher rating but just can't. The condo itself has great views from living room and master bedroom. My teen also loved having his own bunk area and bathroom. The complex was clean and had good amenities. If they would keep the furniture up to date it would be a solid 4 stars, no way to fix the elevators though. The master bedroom mattress and pillows should have been replaced a long time ago. You can hear every spring when you move and both of us woke up with back pains every morning. The pillows were so thin it didn't feel like you were sleeping with a pillow. The living room couch and patio cushions are worn beyond being comfortable. Thank God it's on the 3rd floor as we had to take the stairs a lot.I would rent this until again IF the bed and furniture was more comfortable. I would not stay at Tidewater above the 3rd floor though.

The only issue with the room was the master bed is worn has a dip in the side close to the balcony. Now the elevators are a different story took us an hour just to get to the room the day we checked in

My family and I had a wonderful time at Tidewater in PCB. I only have two small complaints. The sheets on the bed in the Master bedroom had a brown stain on them. Also, the refrigerator was not cold when we got there so my groceries (milk, lunchmeat etc) had to be put in the freezer so they didn't go bad. If there are going to be back to back stays in a condo esp with early check in, could the refrig temp not be turned up?

My family and I had a wonderful time!!! The Condo was warm, and pleasing. It was a home away from home with the beach at our doorsteps.

The condo is nice, right on the beach, great views of the beach from the condo. The only downside to staying here is the elevators are slow and very busy due to the size of the building. Thankfully this condo is on the 3rd floor and it wasn’t to bad to take the stairs and avoid the wait for the elevator.

The condo was perfect for our visit. Plenty of room for my husband and I. The only thing I would suggest is a new couch (cushions were very worn) and new bedding. Beds were comfortable, however the bedding needs to be replaced for sure.

Loved the layout of condo very few one bedroom condos have the bedroom on the beach side. Furnishings were above average. Was not crazy about resort as a whole though. Having a gate with keypad between between the beach and property and yet another on the doors to get in the property was both annoying and seemed pointless.

Trip with my daughters and a couple of their friends. The condo was clean, nice, and well suited for us.

Our stay at Tidewater was very nice, the condo was clean and comfortable. The 3rd floor gave us a beautiful view of the ocean with a nice roomy balcony. Lots of amenities at Tidewater or very close by. Everything was close within walking or very short driving distance. Only concern is lack of rolling carts at check in/check out time and wait time for elevators. They do put elevator attendees on the elevators at time, and that was a big help. Will definitely go back and I would recommend this place to others.

Overall happy with the rental company used. Tidewater room 309 was nice and clean with wonderful view. Thank goodness we stayed on third floor because long wait for slow elevators. I didnt like at Tidewater how crowded it was.The view on beach was like a store with all the chairs and long walk to room from parking. Some people might not mind this though.I like it was close to Pier Park and the size of the balcony.

The condo was clean overall. They really need to replace the bedroom carpet it was dirty and worn. The kitchen pretty much had what you needed. The location was great looking over the beach. The management needs to limit the collage age students or police them better we were woke up a couple of nights with the drinking parties on the beach below the condo. Great condo for enjoying the beach from the condo.

This was our first time in a condo rental. Very good experience. Perfect location in the facility and the beach. Very spacious and nicely furnished. Owner was very responsive to questions and other needs we had. Definitely would look to stay here again in the future.

I have stayed at Tidewater several different times and have always loved it! This unit was no different. The only real complaint I can find is that there was an old bar of soap left in the master shower on a hanging caddy thing. Everything important seemed to be clean and in working order. I woukd definitely consider staying in this unit again on our next trip to PCB!

This was our 2nd time staying at the Tidewater for our yearly vacation. Upon arriving, we were satisfied by the looks of the condo and the view that awaited us from the balcony.

After inspecting the condo prior to unpacking, I was greeted with a used bar of soap in the shower (yuck!? how can you even be sure that the showers were cleaned??). It was in the guest bathroom so I didn't care as much, however that is unacceptable for someone who paid over $1000 for the week.

Secondly, the carpet in the master bedroom is so old that you can tell even cleaning it doesn't help. There is a perfect, dark shaded path that follows from the door around to the bathroom. After day one, my 3 year olds feet were black which resulted in wearing house shoes the remainder of our trip... again, not acceptable for the price we paid. For an "upscale" condo, you would expect them to put a little bit of money into updating it.

On day 3, we noticed that the air would not shift from 74 degrees which made for a hot and uncomfortable night with the doors open. After calling, a repairman was out there within a couple of hours, although he had no idea what he was doing and had to call his manager..therefore, taking longer to get the air problem fixed.

The living room TV only worked when it wanted to. At night before bed when my son wanted to watch his cartoons, you would either get lucky and have a working TV or all of the channels would flicker as if it were broke.

The chairs and tables outside are so rusted from the weather and salt that they are chipping. We liked to sit outside and eat breakfast or cereal in the mornings and my son ran his hand over the table and got a small cut on the side of his hand.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the luxury of being on the 3rd floor. I don't know that we will stay in this condo again unless the needed updates are done. We had a great vacation outside of the condo, however I feel like we paid w

Our condo #309 was as described on the site and very comfortable. When we arrived the master toilet was leaking, left a message on the maintenance voicemail. no response. Left another message Tuesday when toilet would then not flush. Maintenance arrived Wed with no phone call, just lucky we were in condo. After an hour, told it was fixed. Later that night broken again. Was able to remove lid and manual flush, but called again and left messages Wed night and once again Sat evening. Left Sunday with issue still not resolved.

Location close to pier, pier park, restaurants. No sidewalks along streets for walking to locations.
Several renovations on building ongoing, so one outdoor pool/tiki bar and indoor pool closed on and off. Did not affect our stay as we spent week on beach.
Beach lounge chairs/umbrella included in condo rate, which was wonderful! Not guaranteed though, so had to be early in line to reserve each day.
More crowded than expected for time of year, possibly because of hurricane Matthew sending Daytona vacationers west.
Overall a great stay although unsure if we will return.

Great vacation. Condo is close to the ball park. Elevators are slow especially on the weekend. Great place for families. I didn't expect to pay $25 for the wrist bands.

The cond was great. Lots of room and loved having the larger deck. Loved having a 2nd full bath.

Major problems with the elevator system. One morning we waited 24 minutes for the elevator to go down to the beach. It seems like the elevator wasn't synced properly because we know it would pass our floor.

The unit itself was suitable in size however I found the bunk bed units to not be suitable for children as there is no head clearance on upper bed and no rail on bottom bed above tile floor. Ended up pulling out sofa bed every night. Unit itself is spacious enough for as little time as spent in the room but needs a little cleaning and TLC. Carpets need steam cleaning and tubs need to be bleached. Balcony did not appear to have been cleaned prior to our stay as there was small pieces of trash and cigarette butts on balcony. As far as the resort itself, the elevators are a nightmare. Took stairs when we could but as far as when you have luggage or groceries, expect a long wait for an open elevator. Security Guard room is on ground floor with windows all around, they should be a little more discreet when drinking beer while in there. Not completely dissatisfied but will look at other resorts for next stay.
