The rental experience was easy and painless

Place was as advertised. Lovely space. Elevators can be an issue, at check in times, you can wait quite some time. Also, I could not stream my video services to the TV, which was a little disappointing.

This was a great condo for our vacation. Very clean and beds were very comfortable. We had no problems or issues. We will definitely stay here again.

All was great except elevator wait times. Teens running around making a lot of noise. Kids hitting all the buttons on the elevators was a problem. I watched parents let them hit the emergency call button continuously.

The unit was clean and well stocked, only bring your food, great view from the balcony, the check in process was quick and easy, the management of the property was always fast to respond to my questions, I was always able to speak to someone, the set up inside the unit was great

It was just like it was listed...very good stay...all bedrooms had their own bathrooms...very comfortable

The only issue we experienced was the extremely long elevator wait times, even with packing our vehicle the night before check out we still waited about an hour+ the morning of

We enjoyed our stay in this condo that provided us with all the comforts of home. Everything we needed with a beautiful. We could sit on the patio and enjoy the ocean view with the emerald green, crystal clear water and watch the dolphins swim by. It is with it walking distance of all the action and the perfect getaway spot.

We've been coming to PCB for 9 years, and using Four Star for all of those! Great company and personnel to work with! Only issue with the unit was the lack of closet space, especially for long term use. Hopefully we'll be back again next year!

Four Star is an awesome company to work with. Lonnie the maintenance guy is the best & kuddos to Little Harry! However, the condo itself needs some upkeep. The fridge was rusted on the outside & seemed to run loudly. The microwave worked sporadically and some of the light bulbs kept flickering. We also had issues with the door code and it had to be reset a couple of times.
We have already made our reservations for next year, just a different unit.

The Condo is in an excellent location, within walking distance to the Pier and the shopping district. The condo is very spacious with an outstanding view from the balcony. The beach was clean and the sunsets were amazing.

We would definitely return.

loved the rental, very comfortable and a beautiful area, rental staff we went through was bery nice and polite, great experience!!!!! The only thing that could be improved was cleaner rooms we did have a busted packet of cleaner on the stove and the dish washer had old soap in it but that was all, will for sure tell my friends to stay at this location!!!!

This place was beautiful!! We had great views of the beach and the pier. The room was very clean, there was plenty of extra linen for the children that we had sleep on the sleeper sofa. It was perfect for our family. We hope to return soon!! My only complaint is that the elevators are really slow and we had to take the stairs a few times from the 17th floor.

Elevator wait time is terrible. Check in was a mess lots of people not enough carts. Got stuck on an elevator for 10 minutes the door would not open.

We love Panama city beach , hate the elevators ( 40min wait) condo needs updating beds were very old and worn out. Furniture was old . Hair dryers did not work. Loved to floor we were on we were able to see all of the sea life outside.

The condo was nice, clean, and the beds were comfortable. We had no issues during our stay. I would stay here again!

The best vacation so far. View was amazing. Condo staff was awesome. The condo itself was beautiful and perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. I will definitely be returning to this wonderful place. Nothing but positive things from me and my family.

I'll start with the positives. The location is convenient to Pier Park and the condo was a nice size with a great view. On the negative side, there were several things that need to be fixed or updated. The first being black mold in the secondary bedroom ceiling and in between the counter and shower in the adjoining bath. After the door was shut aa while, you could smell the mold. The carpet feels kind of sticky and has stained. The top bunk wasn't made and had sand in it. There was some trash on the floor in a few spots around the place as well. When you open the refrigerator door, is sags a bit and makes a "clunk" noise. The walls are pretty dirty in areas as well. The TV in the two bedrooms were hit or miss on channels that worked. Most of these things I take with a grain of salt. It is a rental and towards the end of summer, but the mold is a real issue. As most folks have stated, you have to be patient with the elevators.

We enjoyed our beach experience, but getting there took a lot of effort. Thirty floors is just too many for us. We spent a lot of time waiting on elevators. The unit worked out for us size wise, but you could definitely tell it is a rental unit. It’s time for some new paint and carpet. Check in was very easy with four star.

Owner so easy to work with. Condo as described. Would rent again.

Loved the location, what they had to offer, everyone we talked to at Tidewater was very friendly and helpful. Layout of condo really liked, restaurant food was good. Enjoyed the pool day we had. The condo was clean except the floors. The only thing I suggest is get rid of the carpet. It is very dirty. The tile area very sticky. Mop the areas with ammonia. then with vinegar. we all kept shoes and socks on. I clean houses, so try the above. the 2 chairs in condo not to comfortable. Just do a little up dating. But I will go back to Tidewater. we had a great time.

We stayed with two adults and three kids. The size was perfect and the third bathroom crucial. Great place with great amenities!

Tidewater Beach Resort. We love staying in that area
of PCB because the local stores and restaurants are
within walking distance of the condo, especially Pier Park. We really enjoyed working with Four Star
with our rental needs.

The condo was really nice. Could use new mattresses but everything else is great!!

Condo was as expected. No disappointment at all. They had starter rolls of toilet and paper towels which I didn't expect so that was nice. Condo looked just like pictured. It was clean. Beds comfortable. Only things the owners should change out is the two living room chairs. They are not comfortable to really relax in, specifically the arms. We didn't cook but did notice that they had plenty of dishes and a corkscrew which was great. I was very pleased. Now out of the condo owners control was the condition of the hot tub by the pool. The east side one only had 3 jets working. Weather prevented us from the next attempt on the other one on the other side of the building. The indoor hot tub had horrible fumes that actually made one of our ladies go into an asthma attack.

We had a nice vacation at this condo but during our second night we discovered that at least one of the comforters wasn't changed from the previous renters. We found blood stains. I emailed four star condo service and never replied or called me back.

Nice location, high quality service, we will come back next time.

I am sorry to say, this unit needs some work on it. It was NOT clean when we checked in, it had not been vacuumed, swept or scrubbed. The walls are very dirty, the carpeting in the bedrooms needs to be cleaned, There was a large hardened bird droppings pile in the corner of the balconey.

Location was great although the beach had narrowed significantly in front of hotel and had only room for the hotel rental chairs and umbrellas. We took our chairs further down the beach. Management was great.
Very courteous, however, we found sand in the sheets of the bunks beds and a ripped mattress cover.
Kitchen was upgraded but had scratched up pots and pans and mix-matched dishes. Showers were the pre-fab corner stalls hardly big enough for an adult. I have stayed at the beach several times over the last 15 ys. For the price, we always had soft, fluffy, over-sized towels not hotel grade and nice dishes and pots, and walk in tiled showers.
Location was good, pools were nice but no umbrellas to provide shade. The layout of the condo was adequate, furniture was okay but showers need to be upgraded. When you go on vacation, little things like towels,dishes, etc. make your stay more comfortable.

I chaperoned my daughter and friends for their senior trip and the condo was perfect. The third bathroom came in handy! The location was perfect, being so close to Pier Park. Only minus was the wait for the elevator was close to 10 minutes a few times but that wasn't much of a problem. We had a great trip!
