Overall not a bad stay. The elevator situation is horrible. Plan to take the stairs some!

We loved our condo and would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable, not to mention nicely decorated. The complex was secure and elevators were reliable. Lots to do, pools, hot tubs, movie theater and of course the beach. I would definitely come to Tidewater again and this unit if it were available.

Overall condo needs a good, thorough cleaning to incl the balcony area. Cabinet knobs, door knobs, etc. were grimy as were all of the TV remotes. Kit countertop was gritty. TV in master made a sizzling sound even when totally muted. TV in 2nd bdrm was missing the cable box so didn't work. LR TV had 3 remotes/no instructions so took some fiddling to get it to work. Every lamp in the unit was unplugged so had to move furniture to plug them in; obvious it wasn't moved for normal vacuuming. Kit pantry missing a knob; didn't use any of the cookware, dishes or cutlery so can't comment on this area. No extra toilet tissue for 2nd bathroom (supposed to be 2 rolls per bathroom). Toilet in 2nd bath rocked & cobweb was above same toilet. Overhead light in hall was burned out in front of washer/dryer area. Balcony door extremely hard to open-took 2 ppl to slide it. Had read lots of complaints about elevators; around check-in & check-out times, this was true. Other times weren't bad. No one was present at check-in at 6pm on Friday so all luggage carts were locked up & after a lengthy wait, gave up on getting one. There is a walkway from the condos to the parking deck & the lights continuously flashed off & on like strobe lights. Maintenance fixed this issue on the following day. The indoor pool was very small & overcrowded. Outdoor pools were nice; pool furniture needs cleaning. Beach service had ample chairs but they didn't space people out – there was only about 2’ between the sets of chairs so they should have skipped every other set of chairs to allow social distancing. Did not see anyone in elevators or common areas wearing masks. The location was good; no parking issues; nice view; wifi fine. All in all, would recommend if these issues were corrected. The things I pointed out are simple to fix; just wanted to give an honest assessment for future guests & property management.

The Condo we rented was wonderful!! My biggest complaint with the resort would be the ELEVATORS! They really need more... waiting 30 minutes is not acceptable!

Tidewater has worked for us because of its location being within walking distance to most everything we need/ Pier park, grocery store, restaurants and pizza places. I have stayed in many rentals in Panama City Beach. We always stay in Seaside because that’s where our kids have wanted to stay. My husband and I took this mini vacation without our kids. We booked Tidewater as we really wanted a great ocean view balcony. It was FABULOUS!! And sooooooooo inexpensive! The unit was so clean, well stocked and very cozy with the best view!! Peter at Four Star is awesome and worked with me when I had the original reservation at another one of his properties spring break when Covid canceled spring break. He was extremely helpful and worked with me to secure other options for later and allowed me to make changes a couple of times. A “10” experience!

We were so excited to escape to PCB after being stuck in the house for several months. The day we arrived Florida had implemented their mandatory mask order and we were okay with this although it was very difficult wearing a mask back in after being on the beach. Over all we out stay at Tidewater was nice. However our condo was not super clean. There were crumbs on the couches and on the dining chairs as well as dirt. I did go through and lysol the Condo when we arrived. The furniture on the patio is old and outdated and the patio was pretty gross. Cigarette butts and crab shells were some of the things on the patio. the vacuum cleaner was awful and I feel like in 2020 we could have a better vacuum in a beach condo. There was nothing in the condo to take to the beach, which was disappointing because it also didn't come with beach service. Lastly Tidewater has got to figure something out with the elevators. On the day of checkout we waited for an elevator for an hour, ONE WHOLE HOUR. We had to wait with everything in hand including 3 kids. It was a nightmare. We did not go to the indoor pool because there were always too many people in there and we were not going to risk COVID.

Very nice property. Well kept and very clean. Decorated beautifully. Big balcony with great view of the gulf. Very spacious.

This building is a huge, multi unit complex. It was not uncommon to wait upwards of 15 minutes for an elevator. Some people complained of waiting 40 minutes! Our unit had dirty dishes in the cabinets, leftover soap with a hair on it from previous guests in the shower, and a pile of pigeon poop on the balcony that hasn’t been cleaned in years. In the time of Covid 19, when we were told how clean the property would be, I’d say that was a complete fabrication.

We had a great experience. Our oven wasn't working and they came and fixed it very quickly. The accomodations were very nice, and we had a wonderful time. Our only complaint was the elevators were a little slow at peak times.

This unit was in a prime location. The beach views were beautiful and the unit was perfect for my family of 5. We could walk down to the Pier at night to go to dinner or take easy strolls along the beach. There was so much going on in this building - tons of people and families always kept the vibe up.

Two of the toilet handles were broken. One toilet overflowed and flooded two rooms. We called maintenance but could only reach the answering service. We had to borrow towels from the resort.

The maintenance guy cane the following day and was rude. We asked why didn’t we call right away (aka last night). I told him we did call but it seemed like he didn’t believe me.

Traveled here with our baseball team. Great condo, very spacious and comfortable for the 8 of us (4 adults/4 kids). Location & amenities were perfect for our stay. We highly recommend Tidewater 1610!

This was a great place to stay with plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms and a great view

Great. The place was clean and spacious. Everything was easy and there were no barriers to enjoying ourselves. There were only two things that could improve. The elevator wait was awful! and the beds could use egg crates and or something to soften the mattresses.

The Tidewater 1610 has a great view of the Gulf from the balcony and fit 5 adults, 2 kids and a baby just fine. We enjoyed swimming in the warm surf even when it rained but it can be a bit crowded in front of a 30-story condo building. The elevators were difficult to catch during peak times but there are at least 6 that I'm aware of. The unit is decent as a vacation rental but I would not call it a recent renovation because there is some wear and tear. I would stay again.

This is a great condo! Would definitely recommend this place. Everything we needed was in our room. There was no check in or out like some of our friends these great people took care of that for you. Elevators were alittle slow but with all the people there not too bad considering.

I rented this condo for my daughters sweet sixteen birthday party. This condo was absolutely amazing. The condo was fully equipped with everything we could have needed. The decor is bright and cheerful and made for an amazing party. The kids loved how close it was to the beach. The condo was very clean too. The office staff at Four Star where awesome. I will recommend this condo and Four Star to all of my friends and family. Four Star..... No more like Five Stars. Thanks again for making my little girls night one she will remember for ever.

Everything was great! Wonderful view of the ocean. The condo was very nice and clean. We had a really great time!

For the most part it was nice. Doritos wrappers underneath the bunk beds and other trash. Shower head in queen size bedroom did not work. They did send someone to fix it 3 days later. Facility was nice.

The unit was clean and in a great location. We saw dolphins playing while drinking our morning coffee on the balcony. We had a great time.

The condo was excellent, clean and comfortable. Very comfortable beds and couch. The condo was clean, and cool.

Great condo awesome location

We rented 1610 in Jan and Feb 2016. So we decided to rent it again in 2017.

It was a very nice condo, and very nice unit. So close to the water it was always a beautiful view.
The only issue we had was waiting for the elevator, a quick run to the beach would take anywhere from 10-15 mins of waiting, however it was a great stay!

This unit is exactly what I was expecting for a mid priced beachfront condo. Bathrooms a little aged. Mid-range appliances. Older bedroom furniture and mattresses. BTW the king is hard as a rock. I would do 2 things if i were the owner. Put about 3K into upgrades and find a different cleaning company. One that would clean under the couches and beds and behind the toilets. But as i said earlier. This was worth the money and exactly what I expected.

We rented this unit for 3 teenagers & 4 adults. The views were amazing & the space was adequate. We were hoping for the two twin beds as shown in the picture but it had a queen sized bed. There was a disclaimer in the information that refurbishing had been done so we couldn't fault that, even though it didn't work for us. All in all, a wonderful trip!
