Tidewater 1405

The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. It was well stocked-even had a crock pot so we could come back from the beach and have dinner all ready to eat. All the appliances worked well and our beds were so comfy. Our group of 6 had plenty of room to enjoy games, TV and reading in the evenings. The location was perfect close to pier park And the fishing boats! The security in the building was excellent.

We were only able to stay 4 days/3 nights this trip but had a great time. Condo was furnished with everything we needed and was updated and beautiful. Again, the only issue was the elevator situation at Tidewater. We’ve stayed here for years and for some reason, they can’t get the elevator situation under control. We’ve waited as long as an hour during checkin/checkout times to get in. Definitely a BIG problem but we LOVE these condos and the location. Also the road construction outside the property has been ongoing for YEARS!! They need to get it done!!

This condo was just as advertised. It was clean, spacious, and in a great location. Highly recommend, would stay here again!

Our family had a nice visit in this Tidewater condo. We always look for a rental with beach chairs included. Would have been nice to have reclining furniture and a better mattress in the main bedroom.

Taking the elevator was a waist of times. I was staying on the 14th floor, so it took 15 to 30 minutes each time for riding the elevator up and down. They should build more elevators in the first place.

The condo was beautiful and the view was gorgeous. My family and I stayed here July 1st -6th 2023. We enjoyed our stay and plan on visiting again next year. Thank you for letting us stay in your house. I highly recommend this condo. 5 stars.

My husband, myself, and our 13 and 14 stayed here for 4 days. It was a great price, plenty of room, well stocked and we all enjoyed ourselves!

We were pleasantly surprised with the unit. Booked a super last minute weekend trip and wish it had been longer. This unit boasts lots of room with all the extras. Very clean and plenty of room for everyone.

This condo was super nice. Everything u needed was there for u. The only things that could have made it perfect, the tvs I each bedroom didn’t work only to use the dvd and watch movies on. The elevators were slow but if u dodged 4:00 when guest were checking in and getting their luggage to the rooms , it wasn’t too bad. Other than that it’s a very nice place to stay and I would stay again.

I have rented numerous beach condos and this one is my favorite so far. Everything was clean, the kitchen was super stocked, bed was wonderful, having the beach chairs included was a nice bonus. Elevators were a bit slow but not horrible. My only suggestion is to have the patio door checked. It’s hard to open.

It was a wonderful condo! We would stay there again. We are already planning next years trip.
It was beautiful and very clean. We loved the location, walkable to Pier Park. My only complaint would be the complex charged us $48.00 for two arm bands and a parking pass. We did not have a car so we did not need a pass. I thought that was a little high for two armbands to get into and out of the pool, beach area and building. But, that no in no way reflects on the condo itself. Just be aware of the extra charge. Thank you!

Could not have asked for a better rental! Four Star was great with helping us through the details and setting us up for an easy check in and great vacation. The condo was clean (sparkling), spacious, well equipped. Tidewater Resort was amazingly clean. The beach was great. Will definitely use Four Star again and more than likely book the same condo for future visits to Panama City Beach.

Truly enjoyed our stay at this unit. The condo was very spacious for 8 people. It has everything you need to have fun and relax. Having a free beach chair and umbrella at the beach is a big plus. So glad we booked this. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Will definitely be back!

As a little tip though, lots of folks complain about the elevator being slow. We did experience this once- and it was during peak time for check in. The other times, it worked fine :)

The condo was beautiful! The view was amazing! The food at Waves was delicious. The elevators were HORRIBLE! Plan ahead bc you could be waiting 30+ minutes for an elevator.

We had a wonderful time during our visit even though it rained our entire trip. There was plenty to do to keep us entertained including board games, movies and books in our condo.

Our condo was absolutely fabulous! The decor was relaxing. The unit was clean, well-ventilated, spacious... the view was mesmerizing! At one point, I wished I had thought of binoculars... when lo and behold! I found a set near the balcony! I loved that there was a dishwasher and laundry facilities. As a disabled person, being able to move freely was a plus, though there were no handicap accessories. The two biggest disappointments? Two of the 3 pools were down for maintenance, and the elevators were incredibly slow! Wait times could be up to 45 minutes, which caused us to miss several of our scheduled activities. Knowing these things in advance would have helped our planning, and the pools being down was the biggest disappointment as rip currents caused us to miss water time in the gulf. Having a very nice room made these inconveniences bearable, however, and we would love to come back if the elevators and pools are working properly.

After hunkering down for the majority of 2020 this was a much needed dose of serenity, normalcy, and relaxation. This condo was spotless when we arrived. I came pandemic prepared with supplies to clean the unit to entire it was disinfected. However, when we arrived it did not need a thing. Coming from a germaphobe inclined individual in a pandemic that is saying something. The lay out of the condo is amazing. We well in love with the condo and the view from the moment we stepped in. We should have stayed longer especially since the beach was closed the last day and a half we were there due to Hurricane Zeta causing rip tides and rough water. My son still had a blast catching crabs on the beautiful beach. Hint we learned from the many amazing and friendly locals- throw sand at the crabs to slow them down to catch them. Also if you like steak we were told the trip to McGuires in Pensacola is about 45 minutes and they have the best steak. Breakfast at Fatty Patties and Jessie’s Place (we did not get to go to any). We love to travel during the off season for better prices and for less busy beaches. One elevator was down but we had no issues during our stay. I cannot imagine how busy it would be during summer. And I am sure the elevators as most comments main complaints are an issue. The beach chairs provided are not a huge like for us. This was the first time we used them since they were provided and the company took them back at 3:00 so then we had to move all out stuff. So we would prefer to take our own and set up once foe the day and not have to move. The company was also very rude and were arguing with many of the vacationers. Overall the condo was amazing, the beach was amazing, and we had a wonderful time!

The gulf was very rough due to the hurricanes offshore, so no going in the water for the entire week, but the Tidewater pools were open, clean, and not too crowded, which was great for social distancing. Almost everyone wore their masks inside the building as required. I also really liked that this unit came with beach service so we did not have to drag chairs back and forth to the beach. There was still plenty to do close by. We went to Pier Park for shopping, played mini-golf, went bowling, and of course, went to Thomas's Donuts for donuts, ice-cream, and the most delicious avocado chicken sandwich ever. I would definitely stay here again and hopefully, the Gulf will be open for swimming.

This was our first time staying with 4 star condo services. We were very happy with our condo. We thought the security did a great job. We did lose power a couple times in the middle of the night.

Although there were two hurricanes in the Gulf during our vacation week, we had a great time staying at this condo. It was very clean, had relaxing decor, and comfy living room furniture. However, I would like to have had memory foam mattresses on top of the beds. Both my daughter and I had sore hips from the beds in the master and double queen bedrooms. That said, I would definitely stay here again. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed to cook a complete meal and store leftovers. I love having the washer and dryer in the unit as well. And although this unit comes with beach service, there were additional sand chairs in the closet. The Tidewater did have signs up requiring masks on elevators and inside the building which most folks followed, but be sure to bring disinfectant for handling the luggage carts as there isn't anyone wiping them down between use. Overall, this was a fantastic vacation destination, even if we weren't allowed in the ocean due to the rough waves and rip currents.

We had a wonderful time at Tidewater 1405! It was very clean and had everything we needed for our family. There were even some beach toys and boogie boards in the closet and we loved having the beach chairs to use! We loved that they had some extra spices in the cabinets and even some dish detergent & cleaning supplies under the sink. We will definitely be back! We were also surprised as how awesome the balcony furniture was. From the pictures we thought it was all plastic, but it’s actually really solid wood and super comfortable. The only small complaint we had was that there wasn’t much space for clothes in the bedrooms to unpack, although there were dressers in the master closet! So not a huge inconvenience. The property management was very nice and helpful. We can’t wait to come back!

Our condo was great! Very clean and wonderful view of the ocean. Elevators were horrible had to wait 45 minutes to an hour to get an elevator each time we went out or back to our room. Our condo came with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella but the they first come first serve I was in the top 10 each morning to get in line and only got front roll chairs 1 time in the whole week.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and suited our family's needs perfectly---very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. We spent a lot of time enjoying the balcony, and the use of the cabana on the beach was a big bonus. No lugging chairs and umbrellas to the beach. We highly recommend this condo and look forward to staying again.

Most enjoyable, really a home away from home. Well equipped and tastefully decorated, close to everything you need, and right on the beach.

We had a very good time. the staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, always spoke to us.
Our room was very clean well supplied and the intieror decorating was just beautiful.
Everything was a quick drive and so close to the Pier Park and a lot of great restaurants, loved Runaway Island and watching the sunset just beautiful.
The Beach was very well maintained and clean.
We will for sure return and have already recommend it to a few of our friends.

Very pleased with this rental unit! Nice layout that gives plenty of living space and very well equipped....even had a couple of beach chairs in a closet. I have rented from this group before and this visit was just as pleasant as the first visit.

Condo was spacious and clean. The view was perfect and the checkin process was effortless. If you use the elevator at the end of the building rather than the towards the middle, it will be faster and less crowded. Pools and hot tub were very large and clean. The balcony would not accommodate 8 people at one time as its extremely small compared to the rest of the unit. The condo appeared to be freshly painted and the floors and kitchen looked updated but the bathroom counter tops could use updating as well. Beds were on the firmer side but again both bedrooms were very large.

We were a little weary renting outside of VRBO/AirBnB but I'm so glad we did!!! One, we saved money; two, 5 Star was amazing and so easy to work with!!!

About a week before our vacay we received an actual phone call from 5 Star asking questions and verifying our stay. Its nice to hear a person on the other side this day in age when everything done though email can be so impersonal. So thank you, 5 Star for the phone call! Nice touch!

The condo was CLEAN and all the space made our vacation seem so peaceful! At tidewater you do have to wear bracelets which 5 Star provides for you; though we made ours big so we could slip them on and off and no one really noticed.

It is true, the elevator situation is the worst! Tip: it doesn't matter if the elevator is going up or down, just get on it and you'll eventually go where you want.

Also: finding luggage carts during peak hours may be impossible too, because they don't enforce returning them.

Tip: Bring some sort of rolling cart if you're planning to bring in enough of your own groceries to keep you from carrying them from the parking deck over to your condo. We noticed the permanent residents all have one - genius!

FOOD: Make the drive to Stinky's Fish Camp!!! Worth the wait!!!
Also, I know it's the beach and the last thing you want is Pizza - but as a native New Yorker I have to say... go to Nicks Slice of Brooklyn! I was BLOWN away at the selection! The garlic knots are legit and out of this world!!!

We chose the condo totally by the beautiful pictures in the Tidewater Resort where we have stayed for four years. Four Star Condo Setvices were also very easy to work with the last two years, so looked at their rentals first. The condo was clean, very spacious, beautiful and professional looking in their decor, and had everything we would have wanted or needed for our stay. We needed a couple small repairs and they were handled immediately. We would recommend Four Star and this condo! Tidewater Resort is a great place close to Pier Park and so many restaurants and shopping. We ate at many of the restaurants close by. All wonderful. Dusty's, Hook'd, Margarittaville, Texas Roadhouse, The Sandbar, Red Robin, Marco's Pizza, and our favorite, The Shrimp Basket.

Our Tidewater condo was perfect for our family of 5. Very roomy, very clean and comfortable beds. View was amazing. Got to see dolphins playing in the morning. Elevators are a little slow. We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time visiting Panama City Beach. Our condo was beautiful! Very clean and plenty for our kids to do during our stay even with the tropical storm. We had some car trouble the night before we were supposed to leave and security was very accommodating. They lent my husband some tools and assistance to work on the truck to get it in running condition. The next day was our checkout but the truck had to go to a shop so Harry at customer service was able to let me and the kids hang out until the shop had it fixed. Everyone here was absolutely wonderful and made sure we were comfortable. We will definitely be coming back again!

Condo unit was beautiful with just a minor issue or two - refrigerator din't get cold and master bathroom commode kept stopping up. However, the wait time for the elevators was unforgivable. My family constantly waited 10 or more minutes on average for an elevator. And that was the common discussion among other tenants as well. I will never stay at this property again.
