Sunrise Beach 2109

We had a great time on our vacation. The room was clean and well stocked with towels and a variety of dishes. We loved the view of the ocean. We were able to see dolphins, turtles, stingrays, and more from the balcony. We would definitely stay at this property in the future.

Everything was perfect. We will definitely be booking again. The room was exactly as described.

This was a nice location for a condo for our first time to Panama city beach. The view from balcony was great. Lots of seating on balcony offered. The sofas had covers and were kind of dingy. Wish they would upgrade to nicer sofas. The condo had 2 pools and 2 hots tubs and a great gym that my teen boys used daily.Wish the condo was stocked with more cooking supplies and silverware. They didn't leave anything of use for us except toilet paper and one roll of paper towel. Most people come for a week and you will definitely need to supply everything.

Would recommend to everyone. Place was clean and had zero issues with elevators (they were super fast and no wait at all).

Condo was roomy and as described in the listing. The pool WAS heated when we were there mid April. Even being high up, the noise from the bar across the street sounds like it’s right outside your door but they closed down around 9:30. I’m glad we read other reviews that mentioned no pantry items are provided so be prepared for that.. not even salt and pepper. Otherwise, the kitchen cooking supplies themselves were well stocked. Kids loved the beach, pool, and hot tub. Conveniently located to restaurants and shops.

we had a wonderful time. i was gifted the opportunity to take my parents to the beach with us. it was the first time they had had the opportunity to go in over 20 years. the location was fantastic as well as the view, and the overall condition of the home. i would definitely stay here again if the situation presented itself. thank you for your hospitality.

We loved this resort. It is on the top of our list of our PCB resorts and we've stayed at plenty. We loved it so much that we were already looking into returning next year. We do enjoy cooking a lot in the condo and that's the one thing we wish they had more kitchen supplies but we made it work with what we had. We will definitely be booking unit 2109 again for our future PCB vacations.

Truly was the perfect location, only wish they took into consideration how many days you stay. We ran out of toilet paper, and had to make a trip out, and did not have dish soap/sponge and only one pack of dish soap which makes it hard to clean up. We ended up making a trip to Walmart for those items. I’m guessing the last guest did not leave the pull out coach open because the sheets were covered in sand but they had extra sheets so we replaced them, but otherwise it was nice.

The condo was exactly as described and looked newly updated. It was spotless. Very spacious with two large bedrooms that included comfortable beds. The view was perfect and the balcony had plenty of chairs and small tables. Customer service was exceptional. We had an issue with the refrigerator and it was addressed right away. Everyone at Four Star was professional and friendly.
As far as restaurants, we ordered from Moe’s BBQ across the street. It was delicious and reasonably priced.
We have stayed at Sunrise Beach five summers straight and we would love to stay in 2109 through Four Star again!

We enjoyed our stay here very much! The kitchen had everything we needed and it was so spacious! I would absolutely recommend this condo. I loved the gym facilities and the ease of parking and elevators.

Was a very enjoyable experience and a very nice condo we stayed in. We were on the 21st floor which was great to see the ocean (saw a bunch of marine life). It is closer to Pier Park than where we normally stay and 2 nights were quite loud and busy for the 2 rooms that are closest to the main street. 3 bedrooms was awesome and one has a bunk bed. Parking is good and under the facility. Pool is nice but is on the 4th floor so a little hike from the beach. If you set up an umbrella, you have to do it to the left or right of the chairs they set up. Exercise/workout room was good. There is a small concession stand type place on the 5th floor which is cool is you need anything (we got one Dr. Pepper from there = $2). Only waited a little bit for elevators a few times but overall elevators were fast, there are 4. Walking distance to plenty of shops and spots to eat. There are grills to use. Cleaned daily. Cleaning crew were awesome, every morning grindin' ! Family friendly and would come back for sure !

We had several others meet us in Panama City who also stayed in this building. Our condo was the BEST. I was not looking forward to being on the 21st floor but it was GREAT. The elevators were easy to catch with hardly any wait. It was clean and comfy. I was surprised to see how roomy it was. The bunk bed room was a big plus, not to mention the full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry ROOM (not a closet). The master bath was HUGE. The grounds were well kept and the parking was so convenient to the condo. This will be our yearly go-to place. Out of all the condos our group booked this week, ours was hands down THE BEST.

We come down from Tennessee for a short but much needed girls trip. It was great! We chose to get the early check in and it was perfect. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I was a little anxious about being on the 21st floor but it wasn't bad at all. We missed the Spring Break crowds by coming the 3rd week in April. Thank Goodness for that. The elevators were fast and we never had to wait over a minute or two on one. Now that may be different during peak summer weeks. Over all it was a wonderful stay. Thank you.

All was good. Only down fall we had was the building was test the alarm one of the day we were there (all day).
