The Shores Townhouse 152

Condo is in one of the best locations to access the beach. Lots of construction going on around you with renovating the other condos. Parking is very tough. Beds and sofas need replacing, no cushions in them. Master toilet had an issue flushing every time used. Floor could use a mopping as well. Inlet Beach is a great area, not as crowded as other areas in PCB.

The condo is beautiful, love the location on the quiet end of PCB, and having a garage comes in handy! Wonderful people to do business with. Would definitely stay again!

No complaints!!! Don't second guess, book this rental. We shared this condo with another family and not one person had a negative thing to say all week.

We had a great stay at the Shores Townhouse. 152 is all the way on the west end of the property. Just a note, the pool is all the way on the east end. Home was beautiful and spacious; nice to have a garage; clean and well-maintained.

Great place to stay! Would definitely stay here again! It was very nice. Had everything we needed. Clean and quiet. Beautiful view. Very family friendly. No partying or anything like that on the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool. It wasn't crowded at all. Stores are very close. Customer service was great. Highly recommend!

The property was clean and well-maintained. The layout of the property fit my families needs and very accessible to the beach.

I was impressed with the cleanliness and the quality of the appliances including a front load W/D. Sitting in the crow's nest the views of sunrises and sunsets were stunning. With the sights and sounds of the beautiful beach as a backyard it was easy to settle into vacation mode. The property management responded quickly to my only need - the parking passes had not been left inside the rental. This property gave me exactly what I had hoped and I would recommend it to a friend.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The inside of the townhome is very nice and has been nicely decorated and is comfortable. Most everything we needed was there. The outside of complex appears to be pretty old and weathered. The parking situation is less than ideal and nerve-wracking driving into. We weren't sure we would clear the ceiling and I'm sure there are some vehicles that can't. We were disappointed with the furnishings on the patio. Table was very uncomfortable and seats were very small. My 6'3 husband could barely fit in the chair. We weren't able to enjoy the patio at all. Access to the beach was great and wasn't overly crowded at all. The ice machine downstairs has a leak and the whole garage was soaked. No one notified us so I called about it. Maintenance told us to just turn it off. It was not fixed while we were there so we weren't able to use that for our coolers which would have been nice.

Really nice place stay. It was very clean, and very quite. Greatly enjoyed our stay. Will probably be booking again in the future.

The place was beautiful we did run in to a couple of small problems. We did not have parking passes but were never asked for or needed but became an issue when we left. The upstairs room was locked. The wifi and password given was not correct. Other then this we absolutely loved this place. It was perfect

My family visits PCB every year and we always stay at The Shores Townhomes. This is our first time renting through VRBO for the condo, but the rental was easy and handled very well by the rental company! We love the private beach area! The only very minor downside of the condo was there was no plastic dishware/drinkware. I know this may sound like an odd concern but being a larger condo advertised with families welcome, anyone that has kids knows that kids and glass don't mix. In prior condos we have stayed at there was always been a mix. But, by no means is this a dealbreaker for next time, we just need to prepare better.

We loved this condo! When you walk out the deck door & down the stairs you are on the boardwalk leading to the beach. This end of the beach is far less populated than some areas because there are only low rise condos & homes. We were just 3 miles east of Rosemary & still far enough away from the bustle of Panama City. The condo is beautifully decorated with a nautical theme. This unit was spotlessly clean & appeared to be recently painted & well cared for. The 3 large bedrooms, each with private bath, were well spaced apart for complete privacy. The management company was very accessible & responsive. The range in this condo was not working properly & they replaced it within 24 hours with a new one. We never heard any noise from other condos,as there is no one above or below you. This unit is the west end unit of the the most western building of the complex. The pool & garbage drop are on the far eastern end of the complex, about 4 blocks away. We didn’t mind, as we came for easy access to the beach, not the pool & dropped our trash when we were leaving for the grocery store. Our only disappointment was that there was no place to grill outdoors. I would not recommend this unit to anyone with mobility problems as there are lots of stairs. Great place for a family or 3 couples traveling together.

The location could not have been better! Everything about the place was perfect. From the beds, to the rooms, to patio, to the walk to the beach. We will be coming back in the summer to enjoy it again!

I would recommend the Unit to Friends and Family, but would definitely warn them about the parking situation. It is NOT ideal.

Trash and pool area on the total other ends of the units, so just prepare yourself for a bit of a walk. I would suggest pocket doors for the master bathroom/closet. The house is amazing and the location is wonderful. Perfect for a family wanting to get away and not have a big crowd.

The only negative was not being able to get one of our cars in the garage. There was not enough room and were just had a Malibu we were driving. Other than that it was wonderful and would definitely stay the again.

Loved the unit, but did jot enjoy the public access to the beach. Witnessed our tent being stolen from our deck by what appeared to be a homeless man. Early one morning, was confronted by a homeless man screamimg and yelling obscenities in tbe ocean while, and appeared to be defecating then bathing. Couldn't allow 16 year old granddaughters on the beach alone. Didn't feel safe. Saw a lot of homeless looking people. Our unit itself was beautiful and extremely comfortable.
