Dunes of Panama D-105

The Condo was beautifully decorated. It was exactly what I was looking for to stay in. The only thing that was wrong was the dryer did not dry.

Always a good day at the beach.

We've stayed at Dunes of Panama several times and love the location and the amenities. This 1st floor unit in building D was perfect. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. I had a little trouble working the thermostat and reached out to the Rental company. They never followed up, but thankfully I figured it out eventually. Customer service is lacking but the condo was great!

A very comfortable and relaxing experience with this vacation rental from beginning to end. The care and love that the owner has for this place is evident and our family appreciate them sharing it with us.

First the condo: beautifully renovated. CLEAN! CLEAN!CLEAN!! The kitchen is probably one of the most well stocked condos we’ve ever rented. Comfortable beds. Good seating for dining and living room. ** would like to note that the 2nd bedroom now has 2 beds (full size or queens?) instead of the bunk beds that are shown in the photos July 2023. This is not a negative but was actually a positive surprise for our family. Our family dynamic met the bunk bed “requirements” but honestly the current set up was so much more accommodating and comfortable.
NEVER had an issue with the temperature in the condo. Always comfortable. Both bedrooms had the tower fans which we used at bedtime.
Comfortable, clean and functional deck furniture. Our entire family of five could sit together in the mornings and evenings.

Second: management company, Four Star Condo Services. Very friendly, competent and helpful. Received all information on time. Appreciated the phone calls to make sure I had received emails and if I had any questions. When I inquired about an early check-in, I appreciated the honesty and explanation as to why our unit wasn’t available for that request. (I’m completely aware that I was requesting this on a Friday afternoon before our Saturday check-in. Might have been manageable if I had requested earlier? I don’t know but again the customer service was professional and pleasant.
I would like to note again that the condo was top notch on cleanliness. So if it’s the owners or four star cs that chose this crew: please extend my appreciation to them for their hard work. Y’all have a good partnership.

Finally: I would most definitely stay in D-105, Dunes of Panama again.

Great place, well equipped kitchen. The furniture needed some deep cleaning, otherwise the condo was clean.

In 20 years of renting condos and houses, this was by far the cleanest!! It was wonderful! It was all wonderful! And beautifully renovated!

The condo was very well located on the beach. The patio was great and the process was all made easy. We loved the place and will be back. Thanks again.

Beautiful condo home! Very up to date modern with a beach feel! Beautiful view and so close to the beach, pool and volleyball area. Had every appliance we could need, tons of ports for electronics, board games, TV.....

First time in Panama City and we were not disappointed in this condo. It is decorated beautifully. The kitchen is well stocked and much nicer than ours at home. The master bed is super comfy. Our 2 kids loved the bigger bunks. It seemed to be on the "quieter" end of the beach area which we enjoyed. Would stay at again!

Family vacation - 3 adults, 2 toddlers. Very clean, updated nicely! Will stay here again :)

Condo was beautiful as described!! Everything was clean and neat . Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful view and the beach service was super which resulted in an even better value . Quiet residents and renters. No complaints really. Could use a few more towels and maybe a bigger washer dryer but thats only a very minor issue.

Our experience was great! The resort was quiet and clean and close to the beach and pool. The condo was beautifully renovated and very clean as well. I only have 2 things that were an issue and that is the condo as pretty as it is I eould not call it kid friendly for small kids. It was alot if anxiety with all the small glass decor everywhere and all tge small nick nacks. The other issue was that the condo was not cool in the evening and the thermostat kept giving us an error. We used the recommended app that the Four Star condo service asked us to doenload to rrport the issue TWICE with no response or assistance. We called the listed number also with no answer.

The Condo was a great fit for our family and location perfectly situated with great views of the beach. The condo was beautifully renovated and the only thing that would have made it better was a sunset view from the balcony! A few comments we would love to make to the owners, but nothing that would influence potential renters because the pictures show the unit perfectly and it had all the amenities of home...overall a 5 star stay!

The shower in the master bath flooded the floor evey time we showered. There were some guys that knocked on the door saying they were from the insurance company and they needed to take pictures of all the doors and windows. That was totally creepy to me.

Great location.... Make sure you check to make sure lamps are all plugged in or you will not have lights. The A/C does not work that well and always had problems with thermostat. Be careful opening kitchen cabinets as they stack glasses on top of each other and there are so many they hang off the shelf. Yu may want to get the insurance. I did and they probably used it to pay for the one glass that fell out of the cabinet due to being stacked and the other glasse it was stacked on was hanging off the shelf. Just be careful other than these things it was good. The contact for the weekend Peter was the only reason we stayed as long as we did and wound up leaving a day before we had too.... just afraid after broken glass what else would happen... because the binolculars they left for you to use were broken before we got there so you really need to take photos of everything before hand.

This condo was a great choice! It is in a great location and is right next to the stairwell for very easy access. It was clean and a few appliances had been recently updated.
