Dunes of Panama B-108

We had a great time while making memories with our family. The condo was very spacious, especially with having 4 teenagers and 2 adults. We enjoyed being on the first floor so we didn’t have to worry about the elevator. The condo had everything we needed to cook. The views weren’t too bad either. The only thing I would maybe say is that the second bedroom needs to have another air vent added to it. The room wouldn’t ever cool off so we had to go buy a box fan. But that’s the only complaint I have, and that was a minor thing. We will definitely rent this place again!!!!

We absolutely loved our stay in B108. Room was clean had everything we needed, and was so quite. We loved the parking spot beneath the condo. Will definitely stay there again.

This is our second year in a row that we’ve gotten to stay in this unit. We love it so much that we’re hoping and praying we can get it again next year. We love this huge two bedroom condo that sits on the corner only steps away from the ocean! The atmosphere is very family oriented and laid back. We also love that the units at Dunes of Panama have onsite security guards 24/7!

We have a very relaxing stay. The unit needs some updating, but had everything we needed. There was some construction in another unit which caused an annoying tapping noise. Other than that would reconsider returning again and would recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful time staying at The Dunes of Panama. The unit itself could use a little bit of an upgrade, but overall we had a great stay. Unit is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The view of the ocean and pools from the unit is amazing. Highly recommend.

The master bedroom is great but the other bedroom is small and needs a TV. This is the first unit I have stayed in that didn’t have a TV in all of the bedrooms. My grandsons love to watch TV at night until they fall asleep...luckily they had their iPads with them. The air conditioner needs to be updated also. It works very well in the living room but the bedrooms stay hot. And it’s very loud when it’s on. There’s a great view of the pool from the living room and master bedroom.

Great mini vacation

We loved our stay at Dunes of Panama! Everyone at the facility was very welcoming and nice. The workers kept the facility clean, beautiful, and the security was excellent. We had no problems within our unit, everything was great and smooth! We would love to rent there and stay again!

This is a definite 5-star review. We loved the place - view of the ocean, no streets to cross to go to the beach, first floor so easy and safe to get to the condo, end unit with two balconies with awesome view! We looked through a lot of options to find one like that and it was not easy. This rental is definitely a great find!
In terms of cleanliness and maintenance was also perfect. Really nothing to complain about. You will not be disappointed!

The condo was good, had some wear and tear but Lonnie the maintenance guy was great came and fixed things next day after we reported it

Our vacation stay couldn't have been better. After a shaky start (no fault of 4 Star ) Harry made our stay extra special!! Minor issues were resolved within less than a day. Very responsive management company. I'll rent from them again & highly recommend them!

Everything was perfect

Very nice condo. Keep in mind the condo above it is being remodeled so be prepared for construction noise during the day and early evening. Beds in second bedroom are extra extra firm, we ended up going to Walmart and buying some egg crate mattress pads. When they say the locks change at 10am they do, forgot my coffee cup and went back at 10:02 and was locked out. A little leeway here would be nice. Love the first story with parking underneath so no elevators to wait for and easy to load and unload.

My nephew and his family stayed in this unit. There were a couple of issues but the rental company solved them expediently.

I had a great experience renting from Four Star Condo services. The phone was answered every time I had a question and the process of checking in and renting the unit was very easy. I will rent with Four Star again.

Great accommodations, great time of year to visit the Upper Grand. Services thru rental company were very professional.

Loved our stay st Four Star. Close to wonderful restaurants. Quiet. Wonderful heated pool. Beautiful sunset views.

Was a great place.Very clean. great view , just steps from the beach. Close to everything.

The location is very nice walking distance to the beach area. The place need an upgrading. the shower knob came off while using the shower and the air return duct is very dirty.

AirBNB cancelled our stay half way through our trip and Mr. Harry did everything he could to correct it even tho it was not mine nor his fault. These folks will take care of you. And the condo was fabulous!!!

It was a overall a good experience.

We enjoy visiting Panama City Beach and do so as often as we can. Our condo at Dunes of Panama was one of the best places we have stayed.
It is not high-rise condo complex, which we enjoyed immensely. Our rental was on the second floor which was the first floor of rentals. The short flight of stairs was almost right outside the back door, which was handy. There is also an elevator close-by.
The parking was super. It is close to the elevator and stairs, and you have an assigned place.
We had four adults and the condo was perfect. There were plenty of places to sit comfortably.
Everything was clean and accessible. At night, you can hear the waves crash against the beach!
The balcony over-looked a beautiful landscape which had 2 pools, shuffle board and plenty of chairs. Just beyond that area was the beach. The ocean can also be seen from the balcony.
Our only thing I would say is that if you like bath towels that are large and a little fluffy, you might want to bring a couple with you. We purchased some at Wal-Mart so no "biggy". It was definitely a personal preference.
We also loved the location. Very peaceful and less traffic.
I hope to return to this condo in the future. We had a stress free, relaxing, and fabulous time.
The only problem we had was leaving!

Excellent place at a very good price, fast and courteous response from management. I will be back for sure.

The Condo was well maintained, Clean and the Kitchen had everything you need to prepare what ever meal you wanted, Spacious with a great view, 3 pools to enjoy an all around great stay !!!!
