Sunrise Beach 1106

This was our second time to stay at this property. Great location, very clean, and the property management company is so helpful. We reserved again for next year.

We had a wonderful stay . The condo was great. Beautiful view of the Gulf. We were very pleased with the entire resort.

Absolutely perfect!! Gorgeous view from the balcony. The condo was so comfy and cozy. Clean from top to bottom. Everything we needed was there. Beds were soft and the decor was very well done. So many restaurants and things to do within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.

We had a great stay and the condo fit our needs. Everything we needed was provided. I loved the fact that we could access the beach from the parking garage. This enabled us to leave our beach stuff close to the beach and didn’t have to bring them to the condo. Only complaint was the elevators. When you stay at a high rise condo, elevators are always a problem but not having two of four elevators working resulted in long waits.

The condo we rented was great!! The location is close to everything in Panama City Beach. The condo was very clean and spacious! The king sized bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on. The kitchen has everything you could need. No complaints! We love staying at Sunrise and will definitely stay at this condo again!

My wife and I have stayed in this rental multiple times. The beachfront views from the master bedroom and living room are breathtaking. It feels like you're in the middle of all the best that PCB has to offer, too. The covered parking below the rental, with direct access to the beach from the garage, is icing on the cake. We'll be back!

Perfectly located with amazing views from the balcony. Beach access was easy, however the water outside doesn’t run to wash feet off before coming in during the off season. Location was great! Will absolutely stay again, maybe even take the kids next time!

This was the perfect place for my parents, two kiddos and myself to stay during our fall break. Condo was clean and just as promised. Came with two beach chairs which was such a nice perk. We mostly cooked in and enjoyed a beautiful sunset each night off the balcony. When we did choose to eat out we were minutes from pier park and all the shops/ restaurants.

Would definitely stay here again. Check in was easy and condo was great!!

The room was very clean! The view was perfect! Not too high up but not too close to the ground! As soon as you exit the elevator the room was right there however there was no noise from other guests. We were pleasantly surprised that the pictures on the website are outdated because the floors and living room furniture has been updated. We are already planning on booking this room for our next trip. Every time I spoke with the four star they were very friendly and helpful!

Condo was excellent. Very clean. Very Quiet. Plenty of Eating and Cooking supplies. Extra blankets and pillows. All we needed to supply were our groceries

The condo is gorgeous and the location is gorgeous!!! We will definitely be back during summer and I would recommend to anyone looking to travel to PCB.

The condo was not very clean. The mirrors in the bathroom had spots all over and the bathroom floor had sand on it

Me and my family stayed for 10 days and the rental was one of the cleanest I have stayed in. They had everything you needed as in fans, kitchen supplies, and even had a pack and play for those with little ones. The view is amazing and everything is very convenient to dining and shopping. The only draw back is the elevators you have to wait a long time to get one so be prepared especially when arriving. We tried to get the free beach chairs but it’s on a first come first serve for the whole week so we couldn’t get front ones my suggestion is the rental needs set chairs that belong to the unit. We had our own chairs so we just didn’t get the ones that came with the rental. The beach was not that crowded plenty of room for all guest and pools was nice and clean. The balcony has plenty of seating with a nice table to eat on in the evenings. Whitney with Four Stars always answered all my questions and concerns with issues regarding restrictions and safety concerns with Covid. We didn’t have any issues with the rental very easy check in just put your code in the door and your ready. I would definitely say here again!!!

Despite crazy times, we had a wonderful stay at Sunrise 1106. Because of Coronavirus we pretty much stayed to ourselves and got some much needed rest. Very well maintained. Carpet could use a good cleaning. But other than that everything was clean and tidy. Can't say enough about Whitney and the others at the management company. They responded to every issue quickly.

We found this property to be exactly as described: great location, very clean and well maintained, quality furnishings, large spacious balcony w/ good furniture, & easy check-in and check-out process. We highly recommend for a couple or small family!!!

This condo was wonderful! Very clean upon arival. This was prob one of the best rentals we've had in Panama City Beach. Will Def be staying here again in the future.

My husband and three children enjoyed a week at this condo, and we all had the best time! The condo was clean and neat. Everything we expected and more! Great location!

The views from this condo were breathtaking! We had an amazing stay in this well appointed condo and would happily return in the future!

Company was very professional. All policies were clearly stated in the information provided before I arrived. Check-in and out were easy with no extra persons involved.

We'll be back. It's not often you find a condo that has nice and comfortable seating in the family room. Often a 2 bedroom which is usually for a family of 4 will only have one chair and a loveseat in the family room. Bummer! Not so here! Mom and Dad both got a plush recliner and our teenage boys both fit on the big couch.
The condo was clean and included everything I needed in the kitchen for cooking breakfast and making lunch so we could go out to dinner each evening.

The condo was clean and updated and fully stocked. Bed was comfortable and everything was in operational order. The balcony had a beautiful view of the beach, pool and sensational sunsets. There was two pools, one heated. The pool was heated to a proper temperature. There was ample amount of lounge chairs for the time we were there. The condo came with beach chairs. My only critique would be that there is no dining table. We had to eat at the breakfast bar, which was too high. It was uncomfortable to eat without having a pillow on the chair.

We had a great stay in PCB. The staff made it especially easy in arranging our accommodations.

WE LOVED EVERTHING ABOUT THE CONDO. LOCATION, CONVIENCE, EASY ACCESS TO BEACH. OUR STAY WAS CUT SHORT 2 DAYS DUE TO MANDATORY EVACUATION AT CONDO FOR HURRICANE MICHAEL. WE WILL STAY AGAIN IF WE ARE REFUNDED FOR THE DAYS CUT SHORT. THANKS...RONNIE

Everything is as seen in photos. Views are amazing! Management co was good except I had to resend the same paperwork 4 times before they received it and the 2 times I called got a general mailbox. They sent the info packet with codes and needed info in advance - no problems getting in. However their generic list of things to bring is NOT accurate for this property.
PROS:
comfy king bed, fun double on double bunks, plush carpet, near elevators, lots of covered parking, beach chairs w umbrella service was AWESOME!!, 2 pools w splash pad was very well maintained, great gym, very secure, lots of storage and kitchen stocked w supplies to cook, bathrooms are roomy, close to everything, friendly and quiet, very well appointed
CONS/Suggestions:
it smelled on the beach in front of the property - it was red tide so that was a huge factor, but when we walked the beach it smelled the absolute worst in front of this condo bldg, FYI no closet storage for bunk room so use hall pantry closet, the cleaning staff did not fully make the beds - they left the top sheet folded under the comforters with the bottom fitted sheet barely on the beds so late at night I was making 3 beds and not happy, the cleaning staff did not clean the garbage can, fridge or stove so they were sticky, there ARE hairdryers and iron w board despite what the manage co sent me, there are NO cleaning supplies - not even a scrub pad for dishes so be sure to bring everything (no spices or foods of any kind either), half the towels were nice but the others may be from 1983 with holes and paper thin, the master TV was not connected for service - we read so no biggie but others may not be so happy about this, the master shower is pretty tight with too wide shower spray - cannot shave legs, drain in second shower/tub is clogged bad so if you shower you end up bathing in dirty water too

The Condo was great for our party and everything was very clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

This Condo was even better than I expected. I highly recommend this unit for anyone! The only complaint I could have was the elevator wait was a little long at times.

We have been going to Sunrise Beach Resort for several years now for the winter. Location is close enough for shopping, restaurants and fun things for children or just walk the beach, swim in the outdoor pools or sit on balcony watching beautiful sunsets over the water. The condo met just about all of our needs for our extended stay except we missed a dining
table to have meals in comfort. The Four Star Management team were wonderful to deal with and would certainly use them again.

Sunrise 1106 condo was the nicest accommodations we've ever had! Pristine conditions with impeccable views! The furniture is very comfortable and the beds bring restful nights! Kitchen is nicely stocked. This condo is very convenient to the elevator in the building and to the beautiful white sugary sands on the Gulf! Very close walk to Sharky's for beach side eatery or refreshing drink! The pools are well maintained and the amenities here are nice. This is the place to be in PCB! Definitely recommend and we can not wait to return!

Rental was great. Great location to pier park. Right on beach. Condo on -1 the floor makes perfect view. Centrally located right by elevator. Great parking. Condo very clean and has everything you need. We went with 2 and 3 yr old they had blast. Great. Each service with 2 chairs and umbrella.

We had 7 vacationing and this unit worked great for us. The unit was very clean when we arrived. The view from the large balcony was absolutely amazing. The location was great. The parking for the building was very convient (no crossing the street). The rental personal was extremely nice and helpful when booking the unit and checkout was a breeze. Would highly recommend this unit to anyone!

Sunrise 1106 is an amazing oceanfront condo that soothes your soul. It's extremely clean, tastefully decorated and comes equipped with everything you will need. The beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus. Early mornings were spent on the balcony watching dolphins and other sea life. We also loved the fireworks show on Friday night. Four Star Condo Services answered all of our questions and were very professional. We have stayed at many different places in Panama City Beach but this place was our favorite. While you are here, be sure to check out Schooners and Thomas' Donuts (my 2 favorite places).
