Spent Thanksgiving there. Love the area and the facility.

Condo just as pictured. Cute, Great view. Called housekeeping re dirty bathroom rugs & towels. Never heard back so I washed all the towels myself. Also called maintenance. Came next day and fixed sink, very nice person. Worst thing was bed pillows. Bring your own because they smelled HORRIBLE!!! Really Horrible! I could not sleep on them and had to buy 2 at WalMart. Suggest spending less on decorative pillows and replace the bed pillows more often. There were 20-25 decorative pillows in condo & they took up a lot of the closet space. Parking, as well and loading and unloading, could be better explained. Simple IF you understand. The employees with the carts were not helpful, not friendly and did not explain the process. One set of elevators were out of service so it was a little slow to get where you were going.

It was a beautiful room with amazing views. The room was perfectly located near every thing.

Beautiful beach views. Nice place to stay, but condo had issues. The jet tub leaked and couldn't be fixed. The elevator is right next to the bedroom and very noisy. The sink sprayer leaked and was not fixed by maintenance. The a/c filter was dirty causing allergy problems. Asked for a filter change was told all of these items would be taken care of but none of these were resolved.

Enjoyed everything but would have liked for the TV to have been a smart TV

I was really impressed with the condo and the property, and of course the location was amazing!! The bed in the condo was so comfortable especially with having a bad back it made my vacation even better not waking up with back pain like most times when I sleep in a bed that is not my own, but this time was the first. The condo was perfect size for my family of three, and the balcony view was breathtaking. I recommend this condo and property especially since you are right on the beach with plenty of access points with not a lot of walking to get a good spot setup.

Nicely decorated condo, although some things need a little TLC (baseboards & tub for sure). I’ve also seen reviews about the washer putting black spots on items and unfortunately that happen to us, too. Thankfully it was a under piece!! Facility definitely needs more elevators, bc waits can be long, which I know is not the condo owners fault!! Overall, we had a great time and would go back... who goes on vacay to sit in the room anyway? :P The view from the balcony is AA+++++

This place has amazing views and makes for a great extended stay! Management helped us out when our previous condo ended up getting sold right before our stay. Would definitely recommend.

I was very ify about renting through four star from some reviews i had read but i went ahead and did it and i really enjoyed this stay. I would definitely go back and book through four star again. I had no issues with any of it. The staff was super friendly and definitely had a good sense of humor which checking us in. The only problem about majestic is their elevators were awful. We waited for 30 minutes to get on other then that I would stay again without any hesitation!

We selected a Majestic property because wee had stayed here previously. This condo was very attractive and well appointed. The weather was cool but still welcoming.

We had a great time in the rental! The view was amazing and the room was perfect!! We’ll definitely be back!!

Great view, nice place. The AC is a little tricky. If it goes out on you just shut it off. Open and close any doors you have used recently and cut it back on.

The television in the living room did not have cable service and when we contacted the condo maintenance we were told that we would receive a call that eventually came about 5 hours after the initial call was made and although the gentleman was very nice he could offer no help because he was in Miami and not PCB. The condo itself was just as advertised and had the TV worked would have been just perfect.

We loved the condo and the location. Beautifully painted and decorated. The Majestic was awesome and we loved being on the 21st floor. The only problem was dirty dishes and dirty sheets. Eww. Get a new housekeeper and you’re golden! Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We had the best time

Good place to stay. Only thing I didnt like was the parking garage. But for a week stay its tolerable. Also had an issue with our ac when we got there. I think the cleaning crew messed up thermostat, but we were able to sort it out and get it fixed the same day. Pools and Beach were great. Decor in condo was good. Also property and condo were clean.

We had a great labor day stay. The condo was very noisy at night which come to find out was due to the elevators. Also, on the day of check out we waited almost 30 minutes just to get down to the car with the cart. With it being a holiday weekend, I understand that there are a lot of people checking out at one time. However, there was an elevator that was not working the night before and still was not working the next morning. Therefore making getting downstairs a nightmare. Overall, the condo itself was very nice, well furnished and nicely updated!

Cute condo, great view. Right on the beach. The condo had everything we needed. There were even beach toys for the kids. Was the perfect size for us with a 2 year old. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony. It was spacious. Very quiet considering there are so many units. My only complaint are the elevators. They are super slow and lack AC. Otherwise great place and would definitely recommend.

Our rental was very nice. The only problem we had was "checking-in". The company did not send the door code and we had to wait for a while before getting into our room. The front desk staff could not help because we had rented the room off VRBO. The room was nice and clean we just would have liked to get in sooner.

Decorations were cute. Roomy balcony. Location was convenient to most places. Sofa bed mattress was HORRIBLE - almost NOT doable. It needs replacing. If you plan on someone sleeping on this (especially an adult)---rethink it. The supplies in the kitchen were VERY limited. There was ONE dish cloth. The floors really need mopping/cleaning. We wore socks and our socks were black from walking around. We had a problem with the shower door and the TV in the living room wouldn't work but maintenance came and fixed that the same day which was great. Taking the pool keys 20 minutes across town when we checked out was not cool. That added 40 minutes to our drive home.
