This place was so roomy. Perfect location and space. Would stay here again, no doubt!

Penthouse Unit #3002 was Amazing. The views were perfect and the Unit was so comfortable and clean. Having enough individual beds for adults was perfect. We are an older group and appreciated having this amenity. We look forward to a return visit.

The trip is never long enough. We loved it so much were all ready to move down there.

The condo was clean upon arrival. There was a couple things broken upon arrival. The items such as ice maker was beyond repair but we just bought ice. The only issue I had was the comfort of the beds, they were hard. O felt like I was sleep on a board. I’d recommend upgrading mattresses or buy some nice mattresses toppers. If I stayed any longer, I would have to purchase an eggshell to get me through. I recommend bringing your own pillows, the pillows were flat!!

Other than that, it was a nice condo.

Easy check in. and we had a kitchen light quit working and the sweeper broke but the very next day we had a new light and a new sweeper was delivered. People were friendly. Ive heard complaints about elevators but we had no issues. If you're too impatient to wait on an elevator you maybe should'nt be on vacation.

Beautiful and spacious, great ocean view and sunsets

This Penthouse Conda was met all our expectations.

We had a great experience. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Great location and convenient to many places including Pier Park.

The condo was beautiful and spacious. The decor was very tasteful. Everything was in excellent condition. The suite is on the top/30th floor. The ocean view from there is incredible. You can see almost to the ocean floor. However, if you like people watching it is a little to high up for that. All in all this is an excellent property and I would not hesitate to recommend.

We had a lovely time at this condo. It was a great location, clean, and nicely decorated. However, the kitchen was very poorly stocked with the cheapest of items. Also, two TVs had issues and maintenance never returned our phone call or came by.

Condos was great would suggest upgrading cookware and painting ceiling. Elevators were slow and broken for most of stay long wait times but the view is amazing!!

The unit was beautiful! Would stay here again.

Beach and condo were lovely, however the check in and check out was cluster. The worst part of the entire check in and check out was waiting the 3 hours for a elevator to come to the floor so we could leave. Our arm bands never worked, our door to the condo would not lock, and we even called the people to come fix, and they never showed up.The condo was beautyful, however the convenicece was not conventent at all

We were very satisfied with our stay here and would recommend anyone with a large family/group to stay here. We had 10 in our group and there was plenty of room.

We arrived to our condo rental for springbreak, and from the moment we walked through the door we were impressed. This condo is beautiful, clean, has plenty of space, and a million dollar view. This condo offers everything you could need while away from home. The building also offers some great amenities for the whole family to enjoy, including setting right on the beach. The only con that I could think of is the elevator access in the building is lacking, causing long waits.

Would prefer more table tops and shelves available to enters to put their "stuff" on rather than all the beautiful décor. Closet floor and overhead were 2/3 covered. There were no clocks in bedrooms, 2 remotes necessary to use the TV. Admittedly lovely but not overly practical.

We had a great experience with our vacation rental. The room is large enough for everyone to be comfortable and had plenty of seating in the living and kitchen area. We had a party of 10 there during our stay. The view was breathtaking of the gulf. The elevator waits were typically 5-10 minutes and the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly.

We loved everything about the condo. It was decorated beautifully, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could have needed.
As far as the Tidewater goes, we absolutely loved the resort. The elevators were a little frustrating at times but it was nowhere near as bad as I had pictured from other reviews I read about it. All of the staff was friendly and provided any help that we needed. Save your time and money and skip Waves Bar and Grill.
As far as Four Star Condo Services, there is nothing negative to say. We did not have any issues during our stay so we had no reason to contact them. However, I called many times leading up to our arrival and all of my questions were answered with zero issues. They made check-in a breeze which was a relief once we saw the line at the front desk for check-in. I will probably look to them for future bookings in Panama City Beach.

One of the nicest condos I have ever stayed in! The decor is top notch and is so clean! I felt like I was staying in a high end luxury hotel and boy was I!! I can not recommend this condo any more than I already do!!

The view is amazing. I love the decor and the peaceful sound from the balcony. Wish I could just live here.
