Very nice day we loved it because it was on the second floor right at the elevator he had all the amenities you need the beds were soft enjoy the pools and would definitely stay again it was very nice

While we did enjoy our stay, there were quite a few issues. The bldg construction was deafening and very disruptive. The owner new about it. The unit lighting was slim and sleeper couch uncomfortable. The box springs in both rooms need replacement. Too much stuff no room for food, and luggage. Nice area and view.

We loved are stay there. The condo had all the essentials accept hangers. The kitchen cupboards had way too much dishes, bowls. There were no empty shelves for food. Also the pantry shelves were filled with more stuff like wicker baskets, etc. the condo needs to be decluttered. Every coffee and end table was full of nicknacks. There had to be 20 pillows filling the closets. The couches need replacing, when you sit down you sunk into the back. We used about 3 pillows each to sit properly. We noticed cigarette holes in outdoor furniture. The second bedroom was wall to wall tables, no place to put your clothes in. Fridge shelf was broken and towels stained which I reported right away. Only 2 tea towel.

We arrived early and I called to see if we could check in. They quickly responded and said it would be no problem. There was a small fee but worth it to checked in and get the day started.

Very nice condo, had more than enough kitchen tools and all the comfort of home. Great location.

To be brutally honest the Condo is nice and it is our second year in this Condo.
Last year was a very quiet laid back stay.
This year not so much.
Very loud lots of horseplay and rowdy kids in the pool. It became such an issue especially in the late evenings you couldn’t even take your small children to the pool due to the rowdiness.
The tennis courts turned into a Teen Rec Center where kids unsupervised were yelling and shouting.

This is a family oriented area and I couldn’t get over the noise level that carried all the way through 1AM.
It was difficult to sleep.

Overall this condo is great it is what is happening outside that is an issue.
Hopefully the “security team” will make sure this issue doesn’t ruin it for others in the future.

People go on vacation to relax and enjoy the beach.

Very happy with the Condo. It was clean and adequately fitted with all normal necessities. Could benefit from an owner's organization review with aim of providing a bit more space for renter storage of food etc.

We had a very nice time! Loved the box of beach toys on the porch and we even left new shovels for future guests. Only complaints would be to have more trash bags in the condo, there was no dish soap for washing things in the sink or hand soap for washing your hands, and the condo still had sand on the ground from past visitors. The smaller room's ceiling fan did not work but wasn't a huge deal for us.

Very nice and roomy condo with everything you could possibly need. Also, excellent customer service. Very responsive and super friendly.

The condo was just as described in the listing and we were very happy to find a pantry with any appliance we could need! It was very spacious and the layout was great. The views from the patio were amazing and we were able to see the ocean, the pool, and lots of palm trees. The location of the room was great (right across from the elevator and the trash shoot was right outside our door!) The complex was very safe and quiet and parking was very easy- we were able to find a spot right by our condo.

Very glad I chose to stay here. It was only my 2 sons (17 &13) and myself and we all loved it. Right on the beach, quiet, clean, gated access to the hotel, perfect size, 2 bathrooms, unbelievably comfortable beds and all for a great price. Great location also. Next time we want to go on vacation I am most definitely going check with 4 star before anyone else. The 1 and only thing I didn't like is having to print out the paperwork then sign it and fax or email back. That was nothing major though and definitely not a deal breaker.

We had a wonderful time!! The condo was absolutely beautiful. We had no trouble except that I didn't have the confirmation paper with the number for the door. Four Star helped with that!

Great location all around, close to St Andrews park and less traffic as opposed to the other end of town. Room was a close walk to the beach & pools. Had great views of both as well. The only negatives were a lot of the items in the rooms were outdated and could use a refresh such as ceiling fans, fridge, etc.

Great location, close to beach and pool . Condo had everything you needed Incase you wanted to cook , but we rather go out other than sandwiches and Cereal ! Close to lots of places to eat Seafood . The only negative thing I can say is the bathrooms are small and really low ceilings.. I would love to stay there again .

There was 4 of us ladies down in PCB for the week & we couldn't have asked for a better location. The property was beautiful, spacious, very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back & will be using Four Star Condo Services every time. I highly recommend!!

We had an excellent trip! Rental was very neatly kept and location was perfect. Refrigerator didn't seen to get very cold but was not a major issue. Proximity to the pool and beach access from the condo was great. Enjoyed being close to elevator and trash shute. Did not seem to be too noisy being near elevator. Wish we had a vacuum in the condo for our use. I always try to clean up sand and stuff after ourselves but the broom was ok. On tile it can sometimes be a pain. Would definitely stay here again!

We found the condo to be very clean and well maintained. The staff we encountered were fried and helpful. I would rent this condo again. I have two comments which aren’t really complaints that may helpful to someone. The condo is not toddler friendly there are many breakable nick nacks around. There is too much furniture. Our overall experience was very good.
