Clean and very spacious! The pool across the street was perfect for small children . The only downfall was the elevators not all working. Had to wait an extremely long time at times two catch the elevator.

Clean condo! Great for large family and had a great view. Parking was tricky took about 30 minutes to figure out where to go which was across the street. I had to end up calling to get directions and had to go into hotel to know where to park my oversized van at. Room was very clean and the ocean view was amazing! We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great experience on our trip with 3 adults and 4 children. The condo was honestly the cleanest one that we have stayed at in Panama City. The process was easy, the owner answered all of my questions without delay, and did I mention the condo was clean! Great location with lots to do. We could walk to most places that we went. The beach was crowded but overall we can't complain. The condo had everything we needed to get started. It was a great place and we would love to stay there again.

This hotel is the top of the line and very clean. The location is superb. It is walking distance from many stores and souvenir shops. With everything you need available on the condo grounds, leaving is not necessary. Having a Starbucks and an ice cream parlor were our favorites, while others enjoyed singing karaoke in the bar and shopping in the gift shop. The condo actually had two views of the ocean. One bedroom had a big window facing the ocean along with an balcony we could all fit on to look for dolphins. The beds and pillows were comfortable. We slept eight in two king sized beds, a foldout couch and two bunk beds. The parking garage was a good walk from the condo. You have to park across the street and walk above the road using several elevators to get to your room. However, once you figure it out it isn't that bad. My family enjoyed the condo and the trip.

Suggestions: If you plan on cooking bring a pot. There's only one large and one medium sized pots. We made spaghetti and had to pour the sauce into a bowl so we could use that pot to boil the noodles. Then, we poured the sauce back in the large pot to heat it back up. The tv and/or the remote in the ocean front room does not work right. We couldn't watch movies. The bottom receptacles in the outlets in the same bedroom work but the top ones don't. So, you either charge your phone, have a clock or a lamp. These little problems did not keep us from having a great time. We also rented a pontoon for the day and went to Shell Island. We found several shells and sand dollars. A dolphin even swam along the side of the boat. We can't wait to go back and recommend this trip. It is a great place for a family vacation.

We called customer service once because the shower door wouldn't close all the way. They were very friendly and helpful.

This was a great vacation I really enjoyed being on the fifth floor not having to wait a long term on elevators and being right on the beach was special

Everything was great. Could not have asked for better. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of the condo was really nice. It is directly on the beach so you can see directly from the balcony the sunset. Going to the beach was really easy as we only had to go down and be there, it takes like a few minutes. In the same area there is also the pool, where we had a quote a bit of fun with the kids.
The condo was not that clean, the handles from the drawers and cabinets were sticky. We had found sie underwear in one of the rooms, under the sofa from the living room there were all sort of parts of toys. The condo itself smelled like it was not properly cleaned and smelled like mold.

Room was nice but when we arrived the lamp in mastr bedroom was broken with shade hanging half off. I put it behind the chairs by wall so it wouldn't get more broken. After coming back home, I get an email stating they were gonna charge me for the damage. I did not email about broken lamp because I was sure the cleaning people knew about it since it was like that on arrival.

It was great. been staying here for 2 years and have not been disappointed so far.

Walking distance to just about everything!

The only issue we had was not enough bath towels for 5 people. We had to wash towels everyday so we could shower.
Unit was clean, few minor furniture issues but nothing that bothered us. Lots of room and great location! Wish it came with beach service but not a big deal. We would love to stay here again!

The room was spacious and as expected, however, there were some areas that need special attention; the air vents in both bathrooms looked like black mold was on them, and the patio furniture looked as if it had not been cleaned in a long time. Additionally, the refrigerator looked as if it leaked from underneath the freezer (which is at the bottom) and came out from the front. We cleaned up the water and did not notice it again. The only other issue we had was the management company did not provide the correct gate code, which caused us to have to circle back around, come in and get the correct code, then go back out (this was a little aggravating), nor did they transfer my early check-in from when the trip was originally booked in April 2020. They did give me a "temp code" to get into the room prior to 4 so that was a minor disturbance.

As always PCB never disappoints. My favorite beach though I have travelled to many. Unit was ok especially for the price and location. Only real complaint would be unit could have been cleaner. There was dust on everything.

The resort is in a great location. It’s close to restaurants and also right down the road from a Walmart. My husband complained about the master bed, but I slept great.

Great unit with a gorgeous view! Very uncomfortable inside -- muggy, humid, and hot. Learned from neighbor that his unit was the same....2 doors down, same floor -5th floor. Loved having parking deck.

We came here on a family vacation. We had 2 children with us they loved the pools. We love the condo and will be back! Thank you for a stress free vacation!

4 Star was great and the unit was in good shape but the furniture is very old. We stayed in the same exact condo last year and I was they would have changed it but no.

Condo was very nice and clean. There was a towel rack broken but wasnt a problem. We really enjoyed our stay. The parking was not very good, didnt have enough handicap parking.

This place was very nice and clean. I will definitely be back. Very kid friendly as well. The staff were all helpful and beyond sweet.

All around pretty nice. Few minor things towel bar guest bathroom broken, lamp in master broken, couch needs cleaning (stained), but over all a pleasant stay.

Our room was nice, clean and efficient. Plenty of space and enjoyable.
