Sunrise Beach 2103

We had a wonderful time vacationing in PCB and at Sunrise Beach Resort. The condo was as described, clean and stocked with everything we needed. The whole experience renting through Four Star Concierge Service was wonderful! I will admit I was nervous renting through a rental company, as we have always rented through condo owners. FSCS made sure we had all of our check in and out information in a timely manner, and even called to make sure that I had received the info BEFORE our trip! We will be return customers to Four Star for sure!

This is our second time staying in this unit for our annual girls’ trip. The unit is spacious and the view of the ocean and beach is amazing! The kitchen had everything we needed when we decided to cook. This might not be a big deal to some, but having a 4 slot toaster definitely cuts down on the “wait time for toast. The beds were very comfortable! I slept in the bunkbed room and can tell the mattress was new. Thank you owners for replacing the mattresses! We will definitely stay in this unit again!

All in all we had a really nice time. The place was really nice and nicely decorated. The resort is super nice. My biggest complaint is the beds are extremely uncomfortable and noisy. Felt like I was sleeping on straight springs. The bunk beds were so bad my brother slept on the couch which wasn’t much better as the cushions lack any padding hardly. The kitchen table was nice and my whole family fit but they need felt on the bottom of the chairs as it was ear piercing to pull them out. One thing I don’t think the owner can fix is that the neighbors were always smoking and it filled our balcony to the point we had to go inside. I would return if they fixed the beds but my back can’t take another week of springs.

Everything was just fine accept the mattresses. Couldn't believe a nice place like this could have cheap and uncomfortable mattresses. We all couldn't sleep and had severe back and shoulder pain. BUMMER!

The home is beautiful, the balcony was a great size for us all to be out together. The resort is very nice and kept in good condition. They have opened a Soggy Dollar on Level 5. They make the best frozen drinks to take down to the beach.

This location is FABULOUS for a girls week or a family vacay! The view from the 21st floor is GREAT! The condo Villa itself is also great! There are a few things I suggest being freshened up…the mattress in the front bedroom, the ceiling fan in that front room also squeaked, the couch and love seat are TIRED and VERY dirty, and lastly I suggest having a fan available for anyone that sleeps in the bunk room. What a GREAT time we had at the beach and this villa!!!

This was our first time to pcb. The beach, location, and condo were great! The check in instruction are very confusing along with paying to park. The beds in the condo are the WORST thing I have ever slept on. We were miserable after sleeping on these beds

The condo appeared to be recently renovated. It was PERFECT, extremely nice - all of our needs were met!!! We will stay here again! Everything is close, dining options and activities in walking distance, and beach service was easy and NOT crowded!

Condo has nice flooring and bath updates but needs attention to some unexpected issues during our 4-week stay. Livingroom furniture has stains and needs a good deep cleaning. Guest bath shower still has a un-fixed plumbing issue that was also noted in previous reviews. Also previously noted, there was no working cable service on any TVs but we used our own streaming service (so not a problem if you have subscriptions). Nice unit and if these issues were corrected we would consider renting again.

Overall, the home was very nice. One elevator was out of order & one had some sort of padding on the inside, which was a bit strange, the location was great, close to Pier Park, etc. the TV in master BR never worked, called the mgmt # & he said I’d have to call when I would be in the room for a few hours so we could contact the WI-FI/cable provider with him on the phone, we didn’t have time for that. That’s an issue for the owners. Furniture in LR a little worn. Overall, the place is very nice

The condo was nice. The 2nd bathroom door did not lock and the shower had issues switching between the tub and shower function.

Really enjoyed our time here. It felt like home away from home, had everything we needed. View was beautiful. Elevator wait was not bad, during check in and check out times it was busy. The room with the bunk beds was a little warm & stuffy, got a box fan and it was fine. Would for sure stay here again!!

It was super comfy . Clean and roomy! We enjoyed our stay. The one thing i would complain on is that we could have used more towels being we were 7 people but I just washed everyday.other than than it was awesome!

The condo was nice, and we all enjoyed our stay. Access to the beach is super easy and the water is gorgeous. The condo is within walking distance of several restaurants and souvenir shops. We didn't feel like the condo was as clean as it could've been, and the kitchen is only stocked with the minimum. The beds are also not super comfy. There is a SMALL sign posted in the laundry room of all places about a closet that has pool/beach accessories in it to use. That, to me, should've been either listed in the rental paperwork or posted somewhere easily seen in the condo. We sadly didn't see it until our last day. The 21st floor has great views and the patio furniture is nice, however, when there is wind, the elevators stop working and you have to walk all those stairs :/ This happened twice to us - once for the Tropical Storm (understandable) and once just for a quick storm that blew in while we were on the beach. But if the weather is nice, we had no issues with the elevators and never had to wait very long.

The room was as clean as a hotel but could use a good deep cleaning, dusting, baseboards, rugs and the inside of the refrigerator. The beds were uncomfortable except for the master room. The bedroom with the bunk beds was very hot, especially overnight. We had to turn the thermostat below 70 for it to be somewhat comfortable. On the day of arrival, just minutes after being there, the smoke detectors for the unit went off even though there was no smoke. They would stop and then start up again. Management was very responsive and sent someone out to change the batteries but the problem persisted. At first when I called again they said maintenance wouldn't be in until the next day but called back to say someone was on the way again. Problem was corrected until our last night and the issue returned. I did like the management office staff. They were attentive and very nice. We enjoyed the location and our stay at the beach even with the minor issues.

Great Rental experience. The unit was large and clean. The Fridge had some issues but Four Star Condo was very responsive and helped us resolve the issue.

We loved how spacious and beautifully decorated this condo is. We had zero complaints! We were locked out of our condo an hour early, but we called the management staff and they were able to get us in our room within 5 mins, so that was great.

The colors throughout the condo were so perfect Every room was pleasantly decorated with the beach theme Even on departure day, I was still enjoying the pleasant surroundings. We could just enjoy our vacation as our condo was worry free. The appliances were almost new The furniture and bedding was very comfortable and I really appreciated they had plenty of extra bedding in stash in the condo. The view was beautiful and the balcony furniture was perfect and safe. If I wanted to complain about something it would be wishing there were more luggage carts. With the covid thing going on , the trips on the elevators needed to be limited so luggage carts are needed for arrival and departures. The staff couldn’t have been nicer The kitchen had everything i needed to prepare meals all week for our family of six
This will be the condo I will try to reserve our next beach trip!!

This condo was the nicest place I’ve ever stayed in Panama. So clean and organized and had a beautiful balcony. Not to mention it came with a set of beach chairs which was awesome! Would love to stay again!

They had stains on comforter and sofas. Counter tops, pots and Refrigerator were not clean. Had maintenance to come fix something I didn’t know we had to be aware of. Balcony wasn’t clean so we couldn’t go outside.

Sunrise Condominium is a beautiful and very clean resort. It offers great amenities and easy beach access. Our condo was beautifully decorated and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It could Of used a little better cleaning. But was acceptable

We were more than happy with this condo. Very clean, adorably decorated. Excellent ocean view and in a great area with lots to do. Planning to book this particular condo again next year! Highly recommend!

Gorgeous, spacious condo and you can't beat the location. Right on the beach and close to Pier Park. Checking in and out was no hassle since all you have to do is punch in the door code. The only complaint we had was the fridge. It did not seem to cool at first and took a very long time to cool our food and drinks. Also the freezer was not making ice. I think the fridge either needs to be fixed or replaced.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating with any questions or requests I had. I would love to stay here again and will recommend it to others.

This condo was everything I was hoping it would be! The view is great, location is wonderful! The pools were cleaned and amazing! The pictures dont even do this place justice! I do have one request that everyone should do upon arrival, or within the 1st day, if you are getting the Beach Chair and Umbrella during the time it gives that you would get 2 of these with your condo, make sure you are on that list in the beginning. We were supposed to get them and I went down on Sunday and my room wasnt on the list, I was told to call (our booking team), but Sunday they dont upen til 1p, which is fine but was a little frustrated. I should have went down the 1st day but I didnt. Other than that it was great!!! Definitely will be booking with this condo again!

Very nice condos big wide balcony . Bunk room an master bedroom very nice. 2 nd bedroom bed did not seem like a queen bed a little smaller than a queen . Beautiful view.

This was the first time we have done a VRBO and would absolutely do it again! The property was fantastic, clean and well decorated.
Four Star was very helpful when I needed to get ahold of them, once to clarify beach service confusion( may want to note to guests in the future it's the blue and yellow umbrellas, not all blue umbrellas) and once because I forgot an item in the unit upon our departure. They corrected each very quickly and professionally.
The only things I could say constructively are to clarify the beach service piece and for my personal liking the master bed was a bit hard (but that is really a personal preference thing) The reviews that mention Wi-Fi difficulties are mostly correct. It worked in the condo but not on the balcony, but again not a big deal - its vacation - put the phones up!!! :)
The beach was stunning and we even saw some dolphins early in the mornings!
Shopping, restaurants and activities are all very close by as well.
Cannot say enough good things about this experience and the property, we will absolutely recommend and likely use it again!

Our vacation was amazing. The view incredible! Pool was plenty big! Cornhole boards were a plus! Beds were comfy! Overall we enjoyed ourselves. A few things that could be improved it’s utensils for the kitchen (pizza cutter) a Pizza pan and a list of things to do at the end of stay we didn’t have one so I tried to remember prior experience things to do.

We stayed at this condo in June and upon arrival we noticed a few things that we werent happy with. Upon arrival we checked the condo and noticed there was a lot of sand throughout condo floor enough to the point we felt we needed to sweep. In the master bedroom the linens that were supposed to be put on bed were not they were rolled up in seran wrap on floor almost as if forgotten. In master bathroom a wet towel was hanging on back door and a towel for drying hands on towel rack had lip stick on it. The sliding glass door in master bedroom was also left wide open. In the guest bedroom the bed was very wobbly and not sturdy. It made horrible noises every time someone moved, sat down or got out of bed. The WiFi has poor signal. Overall our stay was nice and we enjoyed the condo. It was decorated beautifully. I would definitely stay here again.

The Condo was in a Great Location and in Excellent Condition

We have stayed at Sunrise for 4 years. This was our first year in this unit and we loved it. The condo is in a great location, the beach is beautiful here and the pools/hot tubs are big and always nice and clean. We didnt have our wristbands and parking pass upon arrival as promised. However, we called the management company and it was resolved.

We have stayed at 2103 before and found it very accommodating. It was clean again and in very good condition. 4 star cs was very good to work with for all our needs. We will be renting this unit again in the future. The only thing I think the unit could use would be a chair in each bedroom for watching tv, putting on shoes, etc.

Well suited for 3 families and kids. We all enjoyed with this clean, neat, beach front, easy accessible condo!

Rental was ready clean and easy to get to our room with no hassles . Condo was everything we expected . Thank you for letting us stay at this great condo . Would rent here again.

We booked this condo for a Bachelorette Beach Weekend. The condo was exactly as advertised, clean, spacious, perfectly decorated, and in a convenient location. The owner provided great customer service and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative. We will definitely consider this property on future trips to PCB. For the most part, we spent our time at the beach and the pool. We did take a ride over to Pier Park, which is about a mile from the condo.

Best place I've stayed in Panama City so far!! Loved it!!

The condo was very nice! Loved the updated decor and the views. Everything was very clean, except the floors could have used a deep clean (but at least they're tile and not carpet).

When we arrived the floor in the room had not been properly cleaned and there were no wrist bands for the pool or entry card to the on-site gym. I contacted the Four Star office and within the hour the cleaning crew had arrived and swept and mopped the entire condo. While they were cleaning, someone else arrived with the missing arm bands and gym card. After this minor issue to begin our week, everything else was great. We would recommend using Four Star.
