Dunes of Panama D-704

The Condo was very well decorated and a perfect place on the beach. We will definitely be back!

We've stayed at The Dunes of Panama 15+ times over the years. It's a great place for families away from all the hustle and bustle near Pier Park. You can tell this condo has been updated, but it could use a few more upgrades. The fan in the master bathroom makes a horrible noise, and you can't turn on the light without the fan. Also, the condo was over decorated. There are tables and knickknacks throughout. I had to move furniture and store things in the closet just to have some space for our beach wagon and tent.

It was amazing! So clean! Comfy beds! Bathroom in master bedroom was a little outdated, but we weren’t in the condo enough to really pay much attention! Love that it’s right beside the elevator!

Nicest place we have ever stayed in. Beautiful condo. Everything was clean. First place I have stayed at with high speed internet (about 500mbs) and it was included unlike other places. Would stay here again.

The condo was exactly how it was described! Perfect location, a very short walk to the beach, clean and spacious. The pool was also very fun-Live music and plenty of places to sit! The employees were extremely friendly and helpful.

We lived this condo and the Dunes of Panama. Great location and the condo had everything we needed. Great view of the Gulf and the Pool. We will definitely be visiting this location again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay in D-704. The location was perfect. It was away from the hustle and bustle of things. Very quite. Lots of people on the beach but was not too crowded. Everyone respected each others privacy. Elevators were easy access and hardly no waiting. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was very nice and the kitchen had all of the items you would needs. The rental company was also very responsive and professional. I would highly recommend them.

We had a very good vacation at the Dunes of Panama. The unit was decorated very nicely and there was everything you needed to prepare meals and relax. We loved the 7th floor balcony and spent most of our time out there. The view is great & we saw the Dolphins several times. We were Blessed to have this Condo for our holiday vacation.

Overall our stay was great. Although the condo says it sleeps 6, 6 adults is a little tight. But we managed. The second bedroom is set up more for small people or children. The showers are very small. My boys are 6 foot and the shower heads hit them in the side of the head. Lol! We just laughed it off.They really need to go through the kitchen and take everything out & clean & get ride of some things. A lot of clutter. I know you need things while on vacation, but you only need so many dishes & glasses. You could tell they have been stored for a while. Things were pilled on top of the frig. But hey maybe the next person needs it?? My last complaint is the beds! That was the big thing for everyone. Not comfortable at all! Very hard! My back was killing me all week. Tried the couch, but too small. But more comfortable than the bed. They really need new mattresses. If everyone is under 6 foot, your good. I know this sounds like one big complaint, but like I said, overall it was a great vacation. Oh & apparently they allow smoking at the pools, so if you dont smoke be aware. The 2 smaller pools was more pleasant for us. On a positive note, the complex was clean, the very short walk to the beach was wonderful. The condo is right off the elevator. It's a lot quieter in that area on Thomas Dr. Which with the Covid-19 going on, made it comfortable. People were social distancing on the beach. Wasnt overly crowded like usual for July 4th week. Another thing, although Sudsweezers isnt open to walk in, the people working are very nice & helpful. Parking was pretty easy & elevators were fast & never waited on one except for check in, which is normal. Almost forgot, the balcony furniture is comfy. Very enjoyable! So I hope this is helpful. More positive than negative. If they would replace the mattresses on the beds & change out the living room furniture to something more comfy, I'd give this unit easily a 8 out of 10. HAPPY VACA!!

Overall I good place but I am picky.

Wonderful condo. Great view. Great location!! Will defiantly be staying here again!! We had a wonderful time and the Condo was AWESOME!!!

Our stay was delightful. The staff at The Dunes were wonderful. The unit was the perfect size offering plenty of privacy and great ammenities. The washer and dryer in unit was a plus. Will definitely return for a visit.

Living room sofa very comfy! Kitchen well stocked. The balcony/ furniture was excellent as well as pool and view is to die for.
One thing that I feel needs improvement are the towels and linens. The towels are extremely thin and the sheets are very starchy. The master bed would’ve been okay if there was a pad between the mattress and thin sheet but we managed just fine. We enjoyed our stay and hope you do too :)

We loved our experience at Dunes of Panama D-704! Great location and nice condo. The condo was pretty clean, though there were a few areas I thought could have been a little cleaner. The beach was amazing, not too crowed - great for kids! We stayed for 4 nights and only once did we have trouble finding a parking space. I recommend this condo for anyone wanting a great beach experience!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit over the Memorial Day weekend! It was very clean, spacious, up-to date appliances, extra pillows, blankets, bedding, etc. It was very quiet, right off the elevators but you never heard any noise from them. Great quick access to the beach and pool from this unit. The balcony was amazing and loved that the master bedroom opened to it as well! We loved that all four of us could comfortably sit out and listen to the ocean. The patio furniture was very comfortable and really appreciated that it wasn't cheap plastic chairs and tables. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you need to cook. We will definitely book this unit again!

My only suggestion I would make to the owner is an upgraded mattress for the master bedroom. The bedroom is wonderful and spacious however the mattress was very, very hard. Almost contemplated getting a foam egg-crate for our stay after night one... If you like a firm mattress, this unit is definitely for you!
However, the guest bedroom were very comfy with plush, soft beds and bedding!
We have already talked about booking this unit again, with high hopes the mattress is updated.

The condo was in a great location. The kitchen update was also really nice. However, the rest of the place really, really needs some love and attention. The patio furniture was in really bad shape. It was torn and the whole patio needed a thorough cleaning. The rest of it just needs updating and things fixed.

Great trip!

We loved the condos balcony and the decor. It was very warm & inviting. The master bedroom's mattress was way too hard for our comfort but other than that we were satisfied with the accommodations. We have used 4 Star Condos several times and they have always been very friendly and helpful.

The condo was very nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything I could possibly need to prepare meals. However, upon arrival it was clear to me that the condo was in need of a deep cleaning. I did a lot of cleaning while I was there but this place is seriously dirty. Drawers in the bathroom had slimy stuff in them, the pantry shelves had crumbs everywhere. I felt the need to wear shoes my whole stay because the floors were so dirty. I'm now nursing a very sore neck and back from the cardboard mattress in the master. I truly loved the location and am currently looking to buy at The Dunes. This condo is wonderful I just think I nice deep cleaning and new mattress Would make it perfect.
