I absolutely love the location of Pinnacle Port condo

The condo was clean, a/c was cool, and the location was very convenient to the beach and other experiences. However, the neighboring condo was undergoing renovations, and for several hours out of the day- it was LOUD. Not at all ideal for a relaxing beach trip nor napping children needing a midday break.

It was very nice. It could use some new carpet in the bedroom but other then that we loved it. Thank You

The AC did not work the entire week were there. The temperature maintained 78 degrees. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.
We would stay here again as long as we knew the AC was working.

Overall, good experience. The property was clean. The building is old and the furniture in the living area has been well loved. It wasn't fancy but we had all we needed. I was there with my daughter so the amount of space was just right. The people above us or next to use smoked pot a lot and it seemed to come through the ventilation system. That part was a bummer but not the owner's fault. I agree with another reviewer that it would be nice to have more extra pillows and blankets. The one thing that would keep me from returning to this property was the elevator didn't work half the time. This was especially a problem when we were trying to leave and had all of our luggage and belongings we needed to take out to the car. It was 6 a.m. and we had quite a lot of stuff to carry and needed to get on the road. The elevator wouldn't work! We had to make several trips carrying our suitcases and other bags down the steps. It was a ton of work! It would have been nice to be able to use the luggage valet to load everything on and take the elevator down. By the time we got in the car, we were exhausted! And it was 6 am so we were trying to be mindful of the other people sleeping in the buliding and it was nearly impossible to leave quielty down the stars carrying everything. I also see this as a problem because what if you had someone with you that couldn't take the stairs? If there was an emergency and you couldn't get down the stairs, you'd be in trouble. If it were an older couple trying to carry everything up and down the stairs it would be a strain and some may not be able to do it. The elevator is not the owner's fault but the property manager of the building in general needs to take care of this elevator issue. The elevator was the biggest issue. Other than that, all was good and I would go back if looking for a reasonably priced place to stay for 2 or 3 people.

The condo was very nice. It was several miles from Panama City so no crowds at all. Only problem was there were not a lot of places to eat around. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

The location is steps from the beach and most on the beach was respectful of distance and it wasn't to busy. The apartment is tiny, but works for two adults and two kids. Be aware that the top bunk can't have someone more than 100 lbs on it, which isn't told to you until you get the it has to be a younger child. The wifi name and code that you are given in the agreement isn't the actual wifi and we had to discover the wifi on a random sheet of paper that was underneath one of their TV routers.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable. We found the condo to be clean, adequately stocked and nicely decorated. Thank you to the owners who purchased a new queen sized mattress which we found to be very comfortable. We participated in many activities that are either on-site or nearby. We loved the concerts offered by St. Helen Park which is located to he west of Pinnacle Port. Don't forget to indulge in some freshly steamed shrimp which the local stores offer like Publix and/or Winn Dixie-simply delicious! We would recommend to the owners that they "revise" their online advertising which states that the unit is newly renovated. We have stayed here twice in two years and some of the furnishings need an update. We felt the sofas to be quite uncomfortable. Thank you to Four Star Rental who we found to be very professional, pleasant and easy to work with. A special "thank you" to Lonnie (maintenance) @ Four Star Rental who went above & beyond to attend to a few of the little things that we appreciated!

We stayed in this condo once before 2 summers ago. The bunk beds are a plus. The check in process was very smooth- Peter actually let us into the condo about 15 mins early after we arrived a bit earlier than expected. The keyless entry is great.
The mattress needs to be replaced, it sinks. The ceiling fan in the bedroom doesn’t work but we bought a fan so no big deal. The toilet was filling continuously when we arrived on Saturday, we called and they had someone out to fix it on Monday which was great. We had an issue with AC midweek where it was not cooling- Someone from the office talked us thru how to reset the breaker
and the thermostat and it started cooling again.
Everything else was as shown in pictures. We would stay here again.

My husband and I stayed in this condo with our 3 small children and my parents. While parts of the condo were small for 4 adults and 3 kids (kitchen and bathroom) the condo was cute and we enjoyed our stay. The bunk beds are perfect for young children as they are in a little nook outside of the master bedroom and there are walls on both sides of the beds so you get in/out from the foot of the bunk beds and there’s no risk of rolling off. Other than space issues, our only warning is regarding the sofa sleeper in the living room. It’s terrible. Those are usually not comfortable anyway, but this one takes a trophy in most uncomfortable sofa sleeper ever. We ended up leaving the couch folded up and sleeping on the couch. I’d suggest the owners look into replacing it soon-it’s definitely worn out!
If you aren’t planning to use the sleeper sofa, you’ll likely have no complaints as this condo is cute and perfect for families with young kids!

Love how it was decorated. Only problem was the ceiling fan in bedroom didn’t work, called several times during the week and owner wanted pinnacle port to come look at it. Following week my son stayed in same condo and ceiling fan still
wasn’t working.

We had a rough start with this property as I was never emailed the authorization form I needed to get in the gated community, so I had to drive about ten minutes to the Four Star offices to pick up the form in person. It wasn't really a big deal except the security at the gate was busy and rude- asked if I was maid service even though I told him we were renting (yes I have dark hair and eyes- doesn't mean I'm the maid!) But he was also rude to my blond daughter who came in a different car, so I guess that's just the one guy's personality (guy working afternoon on June 15th). Subsequent security guards were nice.
Once we were in, condo was very comfy! The furniture, view, handiness of the kitchen- all made for a pleasant stay. Gorgeous sand and water were just steps away. Beautiful Rosemary Beach and Seaside are also very close- you should go there for at least one meal. (The fresh lobster tails at the Shrimp Shack were to die for and can be eaten at their Pavillion with an ocean view.) We are an athletic family and loved biking the 19 mile beach path in those communities and trying the state parks with their quiet beaches and lovely sand dunes too! Be warned- currently there is an abundance of tiny seaweed in the shallow waters on some beaches. But all in all we had a very fun time!

This property was nicely decorated and the location can't be beat. It was the prettiest beach location. The condo was decorated nicely and the kitchen had everything you needed for a long term stay. However, it needs a bit of updating and cleaning. The carpet leading into the bedroom was black and this was at the beginning of season. The comforter was worn as well as the couch pillows. The bathroom needed a fresh coat of paint and the cabinet was chipped and worn significantly. The pictures on the listing are not recent. Also, we were packing up and leaving and were locked out of the condo at 9:50 a.m. The contract was for 10 a.m. Our phones and contact information for the rental office was inside the condo. We would have really had a problem, but thank goodness the cleaning folks had arrived. However, it was unsettling and we ended up forgetting items in the condo. We would have been out by 10 a.m. on the dot as listed in the contract. The code should not expire until that time.

The only complaint I have is that maintenance did not return my call for a full day. The vent in the bathroom was collecting condensation when used and dripped all over the toilet. Of course, we just stopped using the vent and it stopped collecting condensation. When maintenance finally did call and came by they reported that they didn't find any condensation. Genius response in my opinion since it had not been run in 24 hours. Anyways, I didn't bother to call them back as I was enjoying my time with my family and didn't want to waste time. The property has been updated to a certain extent, but it's noticeable that it has been done by DIYer's. The pictures listed do make the property look a little nicer and bigger than it actually is.

This condo was perfect for us, we love the quiet west end of the beach! If you want to get away from the crowds, this is the place for you!

We had such a nice time during our stay. The property was very comfortable. The place was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The kids especially liked the bunk beds. I was so pleased with the internet and TV service. We don’t normally use that much on vacation but I’m taking some classes online and was worried about having a good internet connection. It was better than my service at home. We really enjoyed Pinnacle Port because there were so many things to do just outside our door- tennis, boat docks, basketball and the beach!

This was our second stay at PP. We stayed in the exact same condo last year. We love the location and the Pinnacle Port property. As I said in a review last year, the only complaint I have is the cleanliness of the condo. I feel it's an average cleaning...I still have to go over it when I get there. It's not terribly dirty it could just be given a little extra TLC. Overall, it is a nice condo with a great location on the 3rd floor.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this family friendly condo. We have s big family and this was the perfect place for us!

We absolutely loved this condo! It has been recently remodeled and it is just so cute and inviting. I liked that it had enough furniture to be functional but not so much that we didn’t have space for our things. We will definitely be back!

The gated property was great and very secure and the homes were beautiful. The property had great swimming pools, fishing and family movie night by the pool. Although on a couple of evenings by the pool, a large rat paid a visit to many guest. It's also located right on the beautiful beach, which was awesome.
The condo is beautifully decorated and was clean. There are a few suggestions that would make it even better. First, it advertises as sleeping 6, which it can, but there was only 3 washcloths and 4 towels provided as well as only 3 coffee cups (we noticed there were 4, but 1 had a huge crack). Next, there are no pot holders, no pizza pan, and no crockpot (as was listed in the ad).One of the main complaints in the reviews was that the TV's freeze and they do constantly and they were very difficult to get programmed to begin with. We could not watch any programs due to this on either tv. I'm not sure if this is an internet or cable provider issue. The furnishings were nice, but the pull-out was so uncomfortable (the foot was higher than the head and the middle was like laying on a metal bar).

I suppose I would be more inclined to recommend this unit to a family of only 4.

Pinnacle Port is now my favorite place to stay. We stayed right on the beach and the pools were right there too. I really liked entering through a gated community and driving through the beautiful neighborhood to get to the condos. Also, traffic wasn't bad at all, nothing like closer to Panama City. However, PBC was only 20 minutes down the road if we wanted what it offered. Publix and Winn-Dixie where right across the road. Our only issue was we are a family of four and they provided 4 towels.

We had a great experience with Four Star! The condo was clean and the perfect location! We have stayed here multiple times and will continue to. We really enjoy PP and appreciate the level of professionalism in the rental process.

I felt the unit was in need of repair and upgrade. It was very dirty upon arrival. There was sand everywhere and very dusty. It appeared to have not been cleaned but only picked up.

We enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle Port and loved being right next to the beach. We had a great view from our balcony and were just steps away from being on the sand. We spent a lot of time walking the beach or just sitting and enjoying the surf (beach chairs were provided). Pinnacle Port itself offers a lot of activities and the people staying there were very friendly. The decor inside the condo is mainly blues and whites, giving it a beach vibe. Most everything we needed was provided. We didn't spend a lot of time watching TV but found the cable/satellite system frustrating to use, as the picture would sometimes freeze multiple times during a program and require rebooting. Everything else was in good working order. There were two grocery stores close by and many restaurants. Camp Helen just down the beach/road was fun to visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle Port. The location is perfect for families looking for a quiet get a way. We loved not being right in Panama City with all the crowds of people & traffic. Condo could have been cleaned a little better, but overall it was very nice & cozy. Fortunately, I didn't have to deal with the staff of Four Star, since we didn't have any problems, but as far as booking through them, we didn't have any issues at all. We'll definitely book again!

We had a wonderful vacation. The beach was beautiful and relaxing. We arrived at the condo after the designated check-in time but when we entered the condo it had not been cleaned. There were dirty linens and towel laying on the floor, the stove was dirty and the floors needed sweeping. We called the office and had to leave a message as no one answered, Since we didn't know how long it would be before someone responded we felt we needed to stay at the condo with our belongings. Housekeeping arrived @20 minutes later and asked us to remove all our belongings and to wait outside the unit. After 40 minutes we were told to come back in. The next day we noticed that the burners on the stove were dirty (had food remnants in the bottom of burner pans. The furniture was comfortable but I would have liked more lighting in the living room. Both my husband and I use CPAP machines and there was only one bedside table to set one machine on and I had to use my empty suitcase to set the other machine on. The only plug-in was behind the headboard so without the extension cord/surge protector I took my cord would not have been long enough. The TV in bedroom did not work. We went to a number of the local restaurants and had some wonderful food. Enjoyed Quilting on the Bay (wonderful quilt store!!)

We had a great time over Memorial Day weekend staying in this condo. Decorated very cute and very clean. Nice balcony that gave more privacy than others, with a great view of the gulf. We love Pinnacle Port in general and would definitely love to stay in this unit again on future trips!!

My wife and I were celebrating our one year anniversary. We had a great time. Unit is centrally located to Destin and PCB as well as right next to the beautiful 30A. Unit was clean and everything we hoped with a view of the ocean. The only thing I would say needs improved was the patio needs some love. The screen to the patio door was broken and the furniture outside needs some updating, it looks old and dirty. Inside was beautiful.

My family stays here every time we vacation in Panama City beach . I love the closeness to the beach, literally out your door and down the stairs. The water for the buildings was being worked on while we were there ,and no hot water for one day , which was out of Managers control, and I was unable to locate a cooking pot or saucepan was the only inconvenience we encountered during our stay.Property Manager was very professional and detail oriented. We will look for this room next vacation.

Changing the key code for security reasons, we come several times a year and sometimes stay in a different unit, if other people do that and they remember the door key code then they can enter that unit when someone else is there. The world is full of dishonest people so I just think changing that code would be helpful.

My kids and I really enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was very clean and comfortable. The oversized table was wonderful since we met other family and had dinner together almost every night. I would definitely recommend this to any family.

We had a great experience at Pinnacle Port. This was our first time staying there and we will certainly be back. The beach access was very easy to get to. The boys loves having the pier to fish from. We loved our quaint little condo. It was perfect for us! We did have to unclog the bathtub because the water would take a long time to drain. We were able to pull a rather large collection of hair out and the water started draining just fine. We would love to get the same condo in the future.
