Tidewater 117

The rental property was even better than we expected! Location was amazing, super clean and amenities were great. We had a group with age ranges from 70 to 9 years old and everyone enjoyed themselves. Four star rentals was so helpful and accommodating we will definitely use them again. Thank you so much!

This property needs some updates and better sleep arrangement for adults. The bunk beds are worthless for adults. We pulled the mattresses onto the floor to sleep. The balcony is wonderful but has 2 chairs and a large table. This makes no sense for 10 guests. The twin room has very small beds. The washer and dryer could be larger. There is black mold all over the toilet tank in the twin bathroom and the shower door doesn't close all the way. The king rooms have nice beds and space but the 1 closet was full of chairs and sand toys. The furniture in the living room has seen better days. The blue sofa has no more padding. There needs to be black out curtains in the 2 king rooms as the sun is very bright. Also the living room needs black out if you are going to use the pull out as part of your sleeping arrangements. This is really not a place for 10 adults. I'd say this is 6 and 4 kids.

Pros: Great location, beautiful views, super easy check-in, perfectly clean and comfortable unit, awesome pools & hot tubs, convenient parking.

Cons: Not well stocked in terms of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, etc. ... which was annoying when you spend this much money on a rental. It would only cost the owners a few extra bucks to stock it appropriately for the duration of the visit.

The beach. The beach is PERFECT, however, the people who run the chair / umbrella rental company out front act as if they own the entire beach. They repeatedly harassed us when we set up our own chairs - trying to tell us that we could only sit on certain areas of the beach. SUPER annoying.

All in all, though, we'd happily stay again and I'd recommend this condo to anyone.

The location, layout and view from this condo is fabulous. I was a little concerned about pool noise when booking but unit is well insulated so that wasn't an issue. Unit was generally clean but could use a very thorough cleaning. Some nicer updated furniture in the living room and balcony could spruce the place up a lot. All throw rugs, living room curtains and 2nd bedroom shower curtain need to be replaced. This unit is overall decent it's just a shame it's not upgraded to make it super nice but for the price it was good. I would not hesitate to stay here again but would rather pay a little more for the unit with upgrades. Managers at Four Star Condo Services were very quick and friendly in response to emails and phone calls before and during our stay.

The condo was very spacious and clean! However the pool was not family friendly. The pool was very crowded. Our condo was on the corner over looking and I counted and there was 68 people in the pool at one time. There was lots of drinking and a few were clearly drunk. There was not enough chairs out. We did not have a space to put our things. The atmosphere was more of a party feel.

This unit was very clean but quite dated. The furnishings are very worn. The view is beautiful but there were only 2 chairs at the deck table and one lounger that was broken. We were a party of 7 women and we couldn’t all sit outside. The bathroom towels are thin and faded. There were 7 beach chairs in the closet which was great!

Amazing views of the gulf and overlooking the pool, which was great to keep an eye on the kids. Easy access from parking garage. Tidewater resort and this particular unit were dated, but it gave you an "old Florida panhandle" feel/experience. Bed and pillows in master were not the most comfortable, but again, the view and location made up for any other shortcomings! Would stay again.

Condo was nice, spacious and clean with a nice section of beach . As far as tidewater amenities prepare to be disappointed one pool has no lighting whatsoever and the other pool you will have wear a hard hat because people throw stuff off of the balcony at you in the pool , we dodged water bottles and ice and random garbage. I was told by security it happens all the time , you would think that they would install screens or something to prevent this . Other than the pools the rest of the resort was decent it was a little dated and not so clean but not bad . Just be careful in the pools and don’t look for friendly and respectful customer service .

Views were wonderful, great balcony at this unit. The kitchen was stocked better than the reviews led on, so that was good. It was a good size for our party of 4 adults and 2 kids. The fact that Marco’s pizza was across the street was awesome. Very close to Pier Park, Wal-mart. The worst thing about this place is the elevator situation. I knew this going in due to reading reviews and luckily found this unit on the 2nd floor, knowing we’d use the stairs more than the elevator. But we had to use the elevator when loading up the car and it was a nightmare. We waited 15-25 minutes for the elevator each time. This alone is the reason we won’t stay here again. It was pretty much the only negative but it’s a big negative and was exhausting.

The condo was in a perfect location. The 1st floor balcony by the pool with a wrap around view of the ocean was just beautiful. Everything we needed was in the condo & was a perfect stay.

Tidewater 117 is a great location, have stayed at Tidewater for the last 9 years, 1st time in 117. Furniture needs updating and some kitchen items should be replaced. Four Star is excellent. Although I think the pricing for condo's in PCB is getting out of hand especially when the weather is not always the best in January.

It all worked out good, we enjoyed our stay at the Condo! The only problem was the elevator, loading and unloading your stuff was a mess! Will not be back do to the elevator problem.

The parking and elevators are terrible... confusing set up! The condo itself had great space and view. The condo slept 9 people but only 3 chairs outside on the balcony and the kitchen had 6 forks.... Only 6 forks! All mattresses need to be replaced.

The condo is on the 1st floor thank goodness. Very long wait for elevators at times. The mattresses need to be changed, tv's need to be bigger than a tablet and patio door is hard to open. Overall the room is in a great location in the condominium and made our vacation a very memorable one.

Our condo was awesome very well stocked w/cooking utensils and linens convenient to stores shops in other locations ! I Family enjoy all the comforts of home and vacation thank you all very much for all the hard work you put in. The staff on site was extremely friendly from the front desk clerks maintenance housekeeping etc.

nice apartment, wonderful view. If you are traveling light its a nice experience. If you are traveling with a lot of people and taking a lot of stuff logistics for checking in is a nightmare. Got stuck in the elevator taking our stuff in, elevator kept on shutting off, that took about 30 minutes. Then to return the cart was another nightmare, elevator took forever and everytime it came it was full, that was another 40 minutes of waiting. We were on the first floor so luckily we were able to carry the cart up the stairs to the second floor. But if you are staying on another floor, good luck, I believe its like 29 floors. Besides the logistics aggravation the place is cool, nice pools, close to everything.

The condo is in a great location, with a gorgeous view. Tropical storm Cristobal gave us heavy rains and wind . Due to the heavy rains bother main bedrooms flooded. Any thing we had sitting on the floor got soaked, our suitcases, clothes, baby bed...all soaked. We call maintenance, they put a fan in there, but it didn’t help.

It was a very nice place with a beautiful view of the beach. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I would have to recommend it to anyone.

Accommodations were excellent. The condo has a beautiful view of the beach and pool. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Will absolutely recommend. Living room furniture could use some updating.

The unit was very clean with all needed amenities. If only the gulf had cooperated. (3 days of double red flags) but the pools were readily available and easy to access along with all the other attractions PCB has to offer.

Overall satisfied with condo, very clean.The kitchen could use more pyrex or oven friendly baking dishes. Glad it was 1st floor instead of higher. Long wait on elevators, we used stairs most of time. Was too crowded, but being spring break and tournaments going on, was expected. The check-in process was Ok. The parking garage could use better signs!For a short stay would recommend it!

Memories were made. Fun was had. This happened easily and effortlessly because the place and location is great. Easy to find. Close to everything. Property well maintained. Makes one ask themselves, "how does life get any better than this?" So grateful for our time there. I hope everyone enjoys themselves as much as we did!

4 Star was, as usual, a pleasure to work with. The unit however needed some serious updating. When we first arrived, drapes missing, washer not working, kitchen items missing. 4 Star maintenance was quick to respond to most issues. Owner delayed replacing washer, which left us with having 4 Star do our laundry for most of our 5 week stay. Thanks for doing a good job on that! Just inconvenient for all of us. Once it was replaced, the unit was too small to do sheets, so I don't think it will last. Other than that, the location was beautiful, and we've already rented a different unit for next year through 4 Star.

Overall we had a great visit. The elevators are almost non existent, we took the stairs even with luggage because you would find yourself waiting for an elevator for 16 mins or longer. Our room and view was great! They only left us 1 parking pass when we requested 2, called immediately and they were super nice and said they’d bring first thing in the a.m... we never received it.

Large unit of in good location. 1st floor is perfect for small children or seniors in the event there is a long wait for the elevators to get to the ground floor.

My only suggestion would be to update the furnishings in the unit. Most of the furniture was pretty dated and well worn.

Building was have some renovations being done which happens in the off season. Was aware before booking condo and what a great deal we got because we could not use the balconies

The accommodations were perfect. We were in Panama City for a Wedding and the Tidewater was a sweet relief from all of the excitement!

Beautiful beach, great weather. Was a bit disappointed with condo. Kitchen- no rectangle cake pans, no cookie sheet for baking, only 2 pizza pans with holes! can opener did not work! Bathroon - NO TOWEL RACKS AT ALL! No hair dryer or iron (which has been in every place I have stayed the past 10 yrs) livingroom area blinds ALL were broken! patio table looked horrible and was not connected to the base which could Tip and hurt someone! washer mad bad noise. one bathroom door would not shut. Coffee pot did not fit properly. TVs in Bedroom very small! NOT impressed!! complex was good just not happy with unit 117!
